the only good thing about this hotel is location and hot tub and thats it. the rest needed major renovation. sorry. the hotels itself is a grand if they fix it from top to bottom. and the bed sheet need to be replace, the bathroom is yucky and the food so so..

Seriously needs renovation- A grandly built hotel with Roman Architecture with palatial appeal that fallen into serious repairs. We booked 4 nights and using just 2. Hotel is over priced for what they offer. Rooms are not clean, beds and Lenin too old to be used, 70% of equipment seen all their better days. There were hardly any occupants- we were naive to book this hotel at the top of market price for the season. Management just trying to keep it running rather than fixing the issues. Same thing goes to staff as well - not well trained - someone who don’t care about patrons (first hotel with such issue I have observed in Lembang region)
