Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

1. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ moderat und leicht zu erreichen. Unten im Geschäftsgebäude gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es einen Martha-Supermarkt (hauptsächlich Lebensmittel), der Feinschmecker zufriedenstellen kann. Gleichzeitig gibt es an der Kreuzung 2 kleine Supermärkte, die den Einkauf anderer Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs erleichtern. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Leeds, sodass Sie bequem in benachbarte Städte reisen können. 2. Das Gästezimmer ist insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, mit Fenstern, die geöffnet werden können (30 Grad), um eine Luftzirkulation im Innen- und Außenbereich zu ermöglichen. 3. Stellen Sie Toilettenartikel bereit, darunter Einweghausschuhe, Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Leeds und nur wenige Schritte vom Ausgang im zweiten Stock entfernt. Die Zimmer sind im typischen Hilton-Stil eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist relativ neu und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; ich kann es nur empfehlen.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

I really enjoyed the facilities and the service I received here despite me extending my trip very last minute daily:) ! I was able to extend through Trip.com each time and they was all very helpful. The reception was very helpful and even gave my partner a complimentary happy birthday decoration. The Housekeepers even gave me spare towels before she even got to cleaning our room as I kept extending it as I went along. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city and remain close by to the centre and anyone that wants a very modern , spotless hotel!

Ausgezeichnetes Zwillingszimmer, das kürzlich renoviert wurde, sehr geräumig mit einer Regenwälder Dusche. Prescilla auf der Rezeption konnte nicht hilfreicher mit dem Hotel und lokalen Empfehlungen sein. Bravo und wird zurück sein.

Schönes Hotel und hervorragende Wert, wenn Sie es zu der richtigen Zeit reservieren können. Sehr luxuriös für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe. Ein wenig auf einem Lieblings-Zugang zum Stadtzentrum von Leeds, aber viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe von Headingley. Das Hauptrestaurant im Hotel ist ziemlich hochmarktig, aber der beigefügte Pub The Stables ist ein ausgezeichneter Preis für Geld.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

I stayed here with my friend each of us to our own room and we really loved the place, you have the option of making your own food as there are some utensils you can use. We couldn't go downstairs for breakfast for the 2 days we spent because we were carried away with our exam preparation. The only downside to my own room was that the microwave had no plate so you can't use it to warm your food even if you wanted, I had to always go to my friend's room to heat up my food when I want to. There is also no kettle to boil water for tea, I don't know if this is deliberate because I read a review of someone complaining about the same also, however I had a small travelling heating kettle with me which I used for my tea as I took lots of tea. The guy who received us on arrival Ollie(don't know if that's correct) was really a jolly good fellow, it's a shame we didn't get to see him again before checking out. So if I have the opportunity again I would love to stay here.

Gutes Hotel, hochwertiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, kleine saubere, großes Zimmer, das ist nicht gut, das Geräusch zu isolieren. Nach einigen Tagen, früh und spät sind sie gespielt, umgekehrt scheint es eine Schule zu sein, und es gibt ein großes grünes Land.
