Very nice place to stay. Conveniently located in downtown Leavenworth, it was perfect location for our visit. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything was in working order and there is plenty of convenient parking. Will stay here again, the next time we are in Leavenworth.

My son and his daughter's family live in Leavenworth and Lansing. Home 2 Suites on Delaware is about 7 minutes from both. It is very convenient. Has everything you need-mostly. My one complaint is the barn door bathroom door which is very heavy and hard to move with this weensy little pull out on the inseam. Not a fan! Otherwise it is spitting distance from a movie theater and various restaurants. Free breakfast items are acceptable and the desk clerks are friendly and helpful.

If this is a good hotel, I'd hate to see a bad hotel. Generally speaking, the staff was inattentive and seemed to not give a damn. The washers and driers were often broken, the morning coffee was cold, and they went three days without putting hand soup in the bathroom downstairs. I understand that most people from the Midwest are lacking in IQ points and took that into consideration when I came here. That said, they can do much better.

The hotel property and staff were great. Breakfast was complimentary with lots of variety. The room was clean and I knew exactly what to expect. My only complaint is the misrepresentation of the pet fee. The hotel website lists the pet fee as $75 for 1-4 nights, and $125 for 5 or more nights. It lists the max number of pets but it does not say that each pet is $75. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged $150 for one night for my two pets. I'm currently working to get the $75 refund but be warned, what the hotel website says and what the employees will charge you are DIFFERENT! YOU WILL BE LIED TO BY THE FRONT DESK WHICH DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WEBSITE! Attached is a screenshot of the hotel website, which does not say anything about $75 per pet.

This hotel was in a great location for us. It is in downtown. You can walk around there to some cute shops and down to the river. It is in a safe area. The room is well appointed and has everything you would need. My only gripe with the room is that someone needs to scrub the shower floor. You can see some pink mold growing in the edges of the door and the floor needed scrubbing. My beef with that is then you start to wonder what else wasn't really cleaned. I would say though, that the rest of the place did look clean. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. You could not walk away hungry. They had coffee out all day which is nice ( and it was hot!). After traveling sometimes I just want to relax with some coffee. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

The hotel was disgusting from entry to the room. The door’s leading in could use some professional cleaning, mild odor in elevators like soiled water was used and room smelled awful. The noise level was also ongoing through the night from running on the floor above to excessive dog barking. The breakfast option were miniminal. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom door was broken, the show curtain was mildewed, and the housekeepers stated there was no more bath soap for the entirety of my 6 day stay. As a Diamond member this was the worst stay at a Hilton property by far. Will stick with Hyatt from now on.

The rudeness of Brooke and the kitchen staff on duty is the chief complaint. They refused to keep the breakfast stocked so multiple families could eat before checkout. When asked about grab and go items, muffins were tossed on the counter. At 9:30AM they refused to make any more waffle mix for others to eat. At 9:52AM they yelled at a young man for trying to get juice stating that breakfast was over, he could coffee or water at the other counter. The hotel was clean, that and the young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and upbeat, are the only positives I have to say about this stay. The beds are not what we are accustomed to at a Hilton Property. If you want to be treated like a human being, don't stay here.

The hotel was conveniently located with plenty of amenities in and around the location. The room was comfortable and clean with a full fridge and stocked dishes for use. Also a gym was available for workouts.
