My wife, daughter and I stayed in an “executive apartment” for 4 nights. The price was good considering the location and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions for dinner. The location felt very safe to walk around. The view we had was beautiful, looking down the street to shops and a fountain and the small park across the street was nice and quaint. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved the whole weekend here. Clean, spacious well appointed rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend and will return. Breakfast was excellent and there are even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. My only tip for the hotel is have some updated pictures; photos on Trip Advisor are before their renovations.

During my two-week stay in one of the recently renovated rooms on the 5th floor, I found the accommodations to be clean and well-maintained. The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Regrettably, towards the end of my visit, I did encounter some spiders in my room. The room featured a bathtub, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to borrow an iron and ironing board from the reception. However, it's worth noting that certain basic amenities such as spoons, plates, a bottle opener, and a refrigerator were not provided in the room, but they could be borrowed from the reception upon request. Additionally, while a small water bottle was offered at check-in, no additional ones were provided, but they were available for purchase at a rate of 4+ euros, if I recall correctly. On a positive note, the location offered easy access to public transportation, nearby grocery stores, essential shops, and several restaurants, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay.

The situation of this hotel is lovely - just across from a park in a small town filled with flowers. Beautiful. The rooms are relatively large with kettle and tea/coffee sachets provided. There is a decent sized bathroom with bath and shower over it. The bed was comfy and the room quiet. In the communal areas, there is a bar and dining room, although only breakfast is served. Breakfast was varied with a small selection of hot food as well as the usual fruit, pastries, cereal etc. An excellent base for exploring Paris and the surrounding area.

Spacious comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. My major concern was that someone tried to enter my room at 3.30am, went away then returned to try again and then brought the night porter to ask me why I was in his room. I had checked in at 9pm to what seemed to be a very quiet hotel. There must have been a mix up of rooms at reception but the whole thing was very concerning and made for a poor night's sleep.

Les moins : manque de professionalisme à tous les niveaux ! Sommes restés 8 jours au lieu de 15, 1 à 2 probl par jour ! Ménage mal fait, serviettes non changées, (il faut les reclamer), site internet trompeur, aucun service pour manger, alors qu’annoncé, on vous envoie dans un appart minable alors que vous avez reservé une suite 4 ☆, (ah oui,mais c’est ecrit petit sur le site !!! ...) bref, ça va tout juste pour 1 nuit ... si, on ne trouve pas ailleurs ! Les plus : aucun !

AMIS DES ANIMAUX, FUYEZ ! Le patron est un odieux personnage qui se permet d'élever le ton et de vous agresser verbalement pour un simple quiproquo. J'avais réservé une chambre par téléphone en spécifiant que je venais avec mon chien, un terre neuve. le réceptionniste me dit pas de problème mais ne me dit pas que je devrais dormir dans la partie résidence qui n'est pas rénovée et qui relève plus du taudis que de l'apparthotel ! j'y ai dormi une fois je sais de quoi je parle. Dans l'après midi il m'envoie un mail dans lequel il spécifie que je devrais dormir dans cette partie . Malheureusement je n'ai pas relevé mes mails avant le lendemain. je suis donc arrivé avec mon chien et l'hôtesse me dit que ce ne sera pas possible. je lui réponds que l'on m'a dit ok le matin.Elle me donne donc la clef de la chambre, sans problème. Mon chien comme souvent les grands chiens est calme. Après avoir dîné il s'est couché et n'a plus bougé. Je tiens à préciser qu'il n'a fait aucun dégât dans cet hôtel. Et le lendemain, au moment de régler ma note, je me fais agresser par le patron qui me dit que j'ai quasiment forcé la porte de son hôtel et il me brandit son mail sous les yeux tout en criant et étant irrespectueux. Il a bien sûr visité la chambre et il n'a rien trouvé à redire si ce n'est que dans l'ascenseur il y avait une odeur pestilentielle de chien. Je voudrais préciser à ce monsieur que mon chien va plus souvent chez le toiletteur que lui chez le coiffeur. Ce type déteste les animaux.

Le hall d'accueil est superbe mais ce n'est qu'une façade: une fois dans votre apparthôtel vous constatez qu'il n'y a qu'une dose de shampooing pour deux , que le ménage a été fait de façon négligente ou peut-être pas du tout. Pas une casserole pour chauffer un potage alors qu'il y a deux plaques chauffantes. Le personnel à l'accueil a assumé mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est inattendu de résider dans un apparthôtel aussi lamentable. Les services d'hygiène devraient y faire une visite.
