Terrible I just knew it when I pulled up to it. I tried to cancel but was told I would be charged either way. It was like a worker/extended stay hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were tools everywhere and rooms were not cleaned. I had to reclean the room and force myself to sleep from the sound of dripping water all night. Terrible stay.

1st impressions are difficult to overcome. Whether for good or bad, our 1st impression was to not even check in. The shades on each window were torn and worn from the outside and the lights on the sign of the building were 40% burnt out. Check in was challenging. Rooms smell horrible. Bed was extremely worn out. Carpet was dirty and ripped. Doors were loose and even the locks didn't work. Room size was like a mini shrunken version of a hotel room. This was a place I'd never recommend for anyone. So sad this had to happen. A true shame at almost ever area.

DO NOT stay here as they don't clean the rooms. This seems to be the norm with most hotels these days so I was not surprised. I will avoid this hotel in the future. Perhaps it is because of my ethnicity?

Hotel was impeccably clean and in a good location surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. The jacuzzi suites are unique. For a small square, they really did a good job arranging furniture in such a way that you have a living area separate from the bedroom. Plus a kitchenette area with bar sink, Keurig, and refrigerator. The weird thing was that the door on the fridge opened away from the wall so you have to lean in and over the door. Also the shower pressure is awesome but cover your tatas or they'll get blown off!

I stayed here for a week while working in the area. The hotel is clean and has nice staff. The owners should hire more staff as they are obviously overworked and tired. I did not feel very safe at this property due to the people staying here and local gangsta types milling around the lobby property. Okay for an overnight stay, but I find that IHG is slipping in maintaining a decent quality at their Holiday Inn Express properties.

The good: The hotel staff is friendly. The Bad: 1. Not recognized as a IHG Diamond Member. 2. Was not told until I checked in that there was no housekeeping. 3. People put trash in hallways because no daily housekeeping. 4. Was told elevator would be down Tuesday it was down for the remainder of my stay. 5. Breakfast utensils go from hot gravy to cold holder asking for germs. It should be mandatory that the hotel website lets you know how often housekeeping is provided. For the price I pay I expect at least some service. I might be better off staying at a no-frills hotel. Heck maybe I will try Spirit Airlines to catch a trip home....
