I stayed at the Hilton 5/3/24 to 5/5/24 to attend my uncle's funeral. On Saturday morning around 9:30am while leaving the hotel to attend the funeral. My family and I noticed that our vehicle that was parked in a parking space located in front of the hotel was missing. We immediately went to the front desk and where she called 911. The car was found and completely damaged on the inside and outside. I ended up missing the entire funeral. I stayed calm though out my stay until Sunday when Manouka, a staff , who works at front desk, came outside speaking about the theft and telling us that she hoped we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. This is when I calmly expressed to her that this was the worst experience I had at the hotel and while I was talking Manouka walked away and said have a great day. I went back to my hotel room to get the rest of my belongings while my family waited in the car. I went back to the front desk to check out and asked to speak to manager, her name was Kelly Damal. I tried explained to Ms. Damal, Who didn't let me complete my sentence and Who already explained me to me that she knew the entire situation. I explained to her that as a person who has utilized Hilton for travel for years that this was the worst experience I had, she replied to me what else would you have want us to do for you? I expressed that they need further training in customer service, she then "apologized" by saying "I'm sorry but this happends everywhere, there's nothing we can do". I told them that I stayed at the best western laval a few months ago with the same car and nothing happened. Another employee at the front desk named Brandon told me "then you should've stayed at the best western". I strongly expressed to them that as an employee at Hilton their job is about customer experience and if it wasn't enjoyable there are ways to change that but instead all 3 employee,(Manouka, Kelly Daly and Brandon) decided to be sarcastic and rude. Ater getting my car stolen and missing my uncle's funeral the front desk staff really made the entire situation worse. It is because of this that I will NEVER stay at a Hilton hotel after this. I feel like there will be no repercussions for the staffs' deplorable attitude and behavior.
