Perfect location and verry clean rooms with an amazing service.

You couldn’t ask for a more lovely clean & smashing wee hotel , staff were excellent as was the location etc. Super comfy massive beds & spotless clean . Will definitely return. The girl at reception was so friendly & great for information about the area. The beach is a 10 second walk from the front door

Best choice, near center and bus stop practically on the beach with a good breakfast . Very clean room and a great bed near the best Chinese restaurant. The beach was amazing and large with a slow entrance in water

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Location of this hotel is excellent. The staff are also really welcoming and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. However, the stay wasn’t without issues. The safe didn’t work for the whole duration of the visit, we even had to explain the issue/solution. Shower/water supply faulty for a fair bit of the stay and there was also an issue with lighting. They were friendly and smiled when the issues were raised but sadly a hotel room with faulty, lighting, water and safe will dampen any visit - even with no water!!

The good news is that the hotel is in a very good location in central Larnaca, a stone's throw from the beach, castle and St Lazarus' church. It is clean, the room was air conditioned, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, the shower worked well and the hotel provided toiletries. The bad news is the downstairs rooms are on street level and someone in the street can look directly into your window, so you have to keep the blind permanently shut. It also means that there is quite a lot of street noise, although the street is pedestrianised. I would strongly recommend insisting on an upstairs room. We also had a problem on check-in. We booked online through a well-known hotel booking site, had acknowledgments from the hotel, completed the online check-in, but when we arrived it appeared that they had just let our room to someone else. Luckily we arrived just before 4pm, because there is no-one on reception after 4pm, and after about a 20 minute wait we got it sorted but it was an unnerving start to the the stay!

Horrible hotel! Do not recommend it! We booked this hotel because it has only good reviews and we are very disappointed! Downstairs ir the neighbourhood there is a very very extremely loud bar-club! You can’t sleet at all! It’s look like dj is playing in your room! I called to recepcion lady, she said that its saturday, people will be partying but will do all the best, she will try to call them. Aha, call to the night club??? Seriously? Tomorrow we have a morning flight, how to rest??? Hotel do not have free rooms to change! Worst hotel ever! Do not choose it!

Good hotel in the heart of larnaca. Would definitely be going back. Small hotel but modern & clean which is the main thing. Hotel offers breakfast at nearby restaurant which was brilliant and very simple to order. Receptionist is very helpful.

We stayed in Larnica on our last day to make it easy to get to the airport for our early flight, The Hai hotel was perfect. We called a couple of hours beforehand booked 2 rooms. It is located on a little side road near everything. We were greeted very warmly by Nadia and shown to our rooms which were spotless and had everything. We explored the area, night market, promonade, returants and bars. Slept well and unfortunately had to leave before breakfast. If I visit Larnika again I will stay there.
