Plus Fariones Apartamentos

Stayed here for 2 weeks in Jun. What can I say about these great little apartments. Firstly, the reception The girls on reception were very friendly and professional, and they explained everything. From how to get to the room to times for breakfast and answered any questions we had. The room. We stayed in room 148. We got a welcome gift of a bottle of water. At the back of the complex. A great little room. Consisting of a small sitting area Outside (3 chairs and a table), there is not much view (of a wall).though the door is a small sitting area with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a tv with 5 english channels (21 _26). behind that , quite a large sleeping area. A nice comfortable bed( 2 singles pushed together) and some large wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, sink with a large vanity mirror, and plenty of room for your washing things and a hairdryer. Then, lastly, the kitchen This has everything you will need for your stay. A 2 ring hob, a microwave, and a kettle 3 of all utensils and enough pans if you want to stay in. The air conditioning worked well. It's the duct type. To get to the room, you have to go past the pool and take the lift down. Come out of the lift around the corner down the stairs or ramp, and you're there. The pool. This is a lovely little pool with enough sunloungers so that you can always find one . It has a pool bar, but we never used it, so we can't comment on it but it always seemed busy.

the rooms are lovely and comfortable pool area and sun bed area is clean and spacious the breakfast was lovely good selection for anyone taste the staff are friendly and professional the complex is spotless i will stay here again as its so handy and lovely

Nice apartments serviced daily. Limited view from our apartment. Breakfast excellent great choice . Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent snack bar for lunch and drinks. Really nice sun terrace for those who don't like to use the pool. Big negative is the lack of air conditioning. I incorrectly assumed on booking that Air Conditioning was standard. Fans were provided which helped somewhat but not a substitute for A/C. For apartments that are a little more expensive than others in the area that do provide A/C I find this a bit disappointing. Overall I would be reluctant to return due to the lack of A/C.

The apartments are situated near the old town and minutes away from the main ***** and beach. Our room was ready when we arrived around 11:30 am.The reception staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly, they explained the ins and outs of the place. Bear in mind that we booked this room privately and not through a travel company, we paid a lot of money for the room for 10 days, although very spacious and clean as soon as we entered there was a terribly strong smell of smoke that would not go away, we are non smokers and requested a non smoking room but they were fully booked. The towels were very old and worn but we did get fresh ones every day. Large balcony but it looked onto a wall and room top, no view at all, rooms very dated in dire need of an update. Very good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast and great lunch menu should you want to eat there, good well stocked bar, all the staff were wonderful and friendly and very efficient, always a smile on their faces. Great pool area and sun loungers and I totally agree with their policy of taking away towels if no one is there using them for a long time. We were a group of 8 and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the smokey smell and not having a view for the amount we paid.

This is our second visit to the fariones apartments, everything exactly as we remembered last year. friendly and helpful staff, clean apartments. Air con not the best but does the job. We did find that the cleaners switch them off when we were out which we did not like as coming in from a hot day only to come into a hot room instead of a cool one is not my idea of fun. Apartments looking a bit dated but was told by our friend who recently stayed that they were planning a refurb in 2026 but not sure if this is true or not. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. We would return next year but we have booked the Fariones Suites hotel with a sea view as looking at a wall and rooftop is not a very good view.

Just back from a 5 night stay here. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious, cleaned daily & well equipped. Breakfast was very good. Lunch at the pool bar was also very good. Staff are immaculate, very friendly & welcoming. They deserve a lot of praise. Apartments are in a great location also. Jacuzzi on sun terrace. Sunbeds are comfortable. I could not fault one thing. We are booking again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️

Just back from a 10 day holiday in these wonderful apartments and I can only say one thing about our time here, it was just fabulous. From the moment we arrived the staff were unbelievable, so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for you. We stayed in Room 242, the room was spacious, the beds so comfortable and the apartment was cleaned every day to the highest standard, but you would expect nothing less of the Fariones Group. An excellent locations to both the Old and New Town, the Fariones Supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away where you could get all the necessary supplies for you stay and the Mercadona supermarket is only about 5 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent each morning and hot food varied each day, there was such a selection from cold meats, salad, cereals, fruit, juices, breads and pastries. We also had lunch in the pool bar and it was just brilliant, the White Sangria is fabulous, definitely would recommend trying it. The adult sun terrace was beautiful, very comfortable sun beds and cleaned daily. We had no problem getting a sunbed and respected the rules about leaving your sunbed un-occupied for a long time. You had about one hour, maybe if this was increased to about one and a half hours, it would give everyone plenty of time to take a break and have lunch. Some people did leave their beds unattended for much longer than that and because of this had their belongings removed. We will definitely return to the Fariones Apartments and would highly recommend them for the perfect holiday experience.

Dreadful experience at the pool area with our sun loungers..we had lunch on several days in the restaurant and service was quite slow..thus it may have been over an hour which in turn meant all our personal belongings were dumped in a huge plastic bag by the lifeguard on the instructions of Hotel Manager.Absolute disgrace…and also putting the poor lifeguard who was apologetic in a dreadful position.Bathroom towels old and totally worn needs immediate attention.Restaurant not very clean

We stopped at this lovely apartment for 11 days we got back yesterday and are missing it so much . We been lanzarote many times but this is our first time stopping here . We plan on stopping here again because it was just perfect. The location, breakfast and cleaning rooms everyday was spot on for us .
