Ingenia Holidays Landsborough

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. We stayed in the Possums 1 bedroom villa for 2 nights and the Daintree 1 bedroom villa for 2 nights. The accommodation is clean and basic but served our needs and was central to the places we wished to see. The layout was a bit strange with toilet opening straight onto a small kitchen, where as it should be off the bedroom with a sliding door. The photos online make it look much bigger than it is. The kitchen is small with little bench space the oven and stove were functional but pretty old. The bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The lounge is nice enough and there are outside decks off the bedroom and front. The bathroom had a toilet and shower and was clean and functional. The surroundings are nice and parking is right outside the accommodation. There is a coin operated laundry on site, and a swimming pool that we did not have time to use. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend to travelers who were looking for basic clean accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and check in and out was quick and easy.

Cute little cabin in a beautiful park. Lots of wildlife, very tranquil. Cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back, hopefully next time with our new caravan, the grounds are beautiful. Staff were lovely too.

Weekend away with friends. This started when we were checked in by a beautiful lady so happy and really friendly. We had a powered caravan site. The park is very well kept the showers in the amenities was so big. We made use of the communal fire pit on the Saturday night. We only live 40 minutes ago but we will be regular visitors of this caravan park.

Great little park,we stayed on a powered site with concrete slab. The amenities as in showers and toilets are very clean and the hot water excellent. We didn't use the laundry but it looked in great order. $4 wash or dry. The BBQs area and firepit both great for a sit around. We thought the lack of cooking as in stove top and oven not working wasn't real good but it was only for the night I am confident that will be rectified. The staff when booking and checking in were outstanding, they couldn't do enough for you they were so kind friendly and hospitable. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Thank you

We were here for a night on a powered slab. Friendly staff at the check-in. The site itself was fine and so were the amenities. The small size of the park probably helps to maintain a calm atmosphere here. We enjoyed our stay here.

First time in a 2 bedroom cabin as we were in small Owls before. Staff are lovely cabins always clean BUT this time we noticed 7 vracked floor tiles and the master bedroom fan was really dirty, very small frypan and large pan not enough for family feeding. We use Ingenia as its so close to family for visits but its a bit strange as a resort type stay, the pool is small old and hardly used, Most of the area is used for residential properties and more than 50% are in a terrible state, doesnt seem to be any community standard in the Park.The entance is lovely with stately palm either side but the reality of the Park is pretty rundown. It might be better to completly secion off an area for holidays as most of the visitors we met would only stay 1 or 2 nights there

Stayed for 2 nights on a caravan site for an event in the area. All powered sites seem to have a flat double slab that houses both your van & the annex. Camp kitchen, BBQ area and toilet/showers are very clean and well maintained. Be aware the private property next door has roosters which started crowing at 3:30am. The following is not a criticism of the park but a reminder to my fellow caravaners. Please be aware of the noise you create at night. Slamming doors, TV’s blaring at 2am in the morning (personal experience) are not fair to your fellow caravaners where walls are thin and you are all in close proximity to each other. Would recommend if your in the area.

Animals and trees are gone Now all ya hear are plains and trains Had us set up tent on what is basicly a gravel spot tents on the rocks arnt nice or fun Kid disappointed animals gone to Not even a park just took away all the kids fun

For what you pay it is great value. The birdsong cabin was clean, has aircon, and is good for short stays. Checkin was simple & the receptionist was very helpful & friendly. It is close to a lot of great places to visit - perfect for a quick weekend giveaway.
