When I checked in July 30 the room key I was given was to an already occupied room (empty at the time). I went back down and showed a photo of the clothes and shoes on the floor. I was assigned a new room, but the person who checked it took to long and I was given a THIRD different room. Next day around 8:30 I was walked in on by the maid service, who said she was told I had already checked out. I informed the assistant general manager Chris about what happened. He talked to the GM and I was told my room would be comped when the GM came in. That was a week ago (it’s August 6). I still have not received my refund. The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast earned your location 2 stars.
