GGastnutzerAbsolut, ein wunderbarer Ort während der Reise in Tekapo, das einen geräumigen Raum und eine ingebaute Küche hat, die für Sie einfach zu kochen ist, weil der nächste Viertelmarkt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist ein eigenes Hotel und sehr einfach zu checken, nachdem Sie Ihr Passwort von Ihrer E-Mail zu Ihrem bestellten separaten Haus zugreifen. Sie können nur gehen und genießen Sie die wunderschöne Aussicht und Essen direkt neben der kleinen Straße.

TTrace yeoThis is a cute little boutique hotel situated near to Lake Tekapo and 15 mins drive to Mount John. It is good location as it is very near to the city centre where many shops, restaurants and a big supermarket are located. The service of this hotel is tip top and they serve breakfast to your room on a daily basis so we can eat while enjoying the lake view . Breakfast is great as well and I would like to give special comment about this hotel staff (Yvonne) who is very helpful and friendly and made good recommendation where to visit around Lake Tekapo. The room although not too big but it has a starlight which we can gaze the stars from the bed, it is quite interesting (but the room has to be in complete darkness). It is also near to the Church of the good shepherd and the view is so spectacular sitting just beside the lake.

GGastnutzerThis was by far the best place I stayed at while traveling through New Zealand, even though there wasn’t anyone there to check us in. The process was still incredibly easy—getting the check-in information emailed to me was simple and straightforward. When I arrived, the room was clean, modern, and cozy, and they even left us a small gift since it was Christmas Eve. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The unit also had laundry facilities, which was a huge bonus after living out of our suitcases for over a week. I would definitely stay here again—it had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home.

GGastnutzerGood view for lake tekapo and quiet place away from crowds but a bit far from the town. A connection with nature when you enjoying your food outdoor and surrounding by ducks and seagulls. Got all kitchenware at your room and you need to bring them through when you need cooking. Nice interactions with other travellers

GGastnutzer北歐風的大house, 很有韻味。性價比很高，湖景房，很安靜。衞生標準很高，前台服務人員也非常貼心，一直詢問需不需要幫助。還準備了牛奶和咖啡。廚房特別好用，各種工具豐富，便於操作。停車位充足，出門也特別方便，到周邊都很絲滑。超市開車五分鐘。星空也特別好拍！

GGastnutzerThis accommodation is located near to Lake Tekapo and Four Square grocery store. 5-7 min drive to Tekapo hot springs (star gazing).
Good amenities provided - kitchenette, dish washer, coffee maker, utensils, washing machine and wifi connection. No mirror cast available at TV - it’s connected to Sky cable TV programmes.
Unfortunately, we did not find the bed comfortable - bedroom is too small for both of us. Limited car park lots.

CChak Heng AndrewThis hotel stay was truly exceptional, offering a wonderful combination of a peaceful, quiet location and top-notch amenities. The best part was the ability to gaze up at the stars through the large windows - the perfect way to end each evening.
The check-in process was seamless, with the owner providing the password to the key box ahead of time so we could access the unit with ease. Once inside, we were impressed by the large, spacious layout and the high-quality kitchen equipment.
The added touch of having two comfortable bean bag chairs for stargazing was such a lovely and thoughtful detail. And having two bathrooms was a huge plus, especially when traveling as a family.
Overall, the combination of the quiet, scenic location, well-appointed unit, and attentive host made this one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We'd absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional stargazing opportunities. It's a hidden gem!

JJacq SGreat Stay Near Lake Tekapo!
Die Einheit war sauber und geräumig, mit einem schönen Hof zu genießen. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sauber und komfortabel, die einen guten Abendruhe sichern.
Im Gegensatz zu einigen Bewertungen war keine Einzahlung erforderlich, was eine angenehme Überraschung war. Die Lage ist fantastischless als ein 5-minute Fahrt zum Tekaposee und Parkplatz vor der Einheit war sehr bequem. Die Anweisungen zur Eincheckung waren klar und leicht zu befolgen.
Die Einrichtungen waren im Allgemeinen groß, vor allem Kücheneinrichtungen und 2in1 Waschmaschine mit Trockner!
Die Waschmaschine hilft viel auf der Küche Reinigung!
Der einzige Vorschlag, den ich für eine Verbesserung habe, wäre, einen Schrank in der Dusche zu fügen, um die Feucht- und Trockenzone zu trennen, was es noch besser machen würde.
Insgesamt, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

FFayreWe are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated.
3 points here to explain the terrible experience.
1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV!
2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon!
3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience!
In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment.
I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review.

GGastnutzerLake tekapo is just behind the hotel. Very convenient for you walk to the lake. The room is good for 2 peoples. Heater really useful because lake tekapo temperature is quite low and cold. Front desk customer service also quite friendly and helpful. They try arrange the room side by side each for my friends and us. We had a ground floor, so that we do not need to carry luggage go up the staircase
