Fairfield Inn & Suites Lake Geneva

Nice and Clean, good breakfast, very satisfied with staying in.

Very clean and quiet hotel. The staff were great and the breakfast surprisingly good. We will definitely be staying here again as the location was excellent for finding a place to eat and shop as well as find off of the highway. It looks like a new place by all accounts.

The stay at the hotel was good and I have no complaints there. However, after I checked out and left the hotel, I noticed the amount of my bills was different from that on my reservation email by about $26 more. It's not a big amount and I thought it was probably some honest mistake made by the hotel staff when I checked in because she had to change our room type due to the room type we reserved not being cleaned yet. So for the next two days, I tried to reach out to the hotel, left voice messages to the hotel manager twice, and got NO responses whatsoever. I then reached out to Marriott's customer service and filed a case there. After waiting for almost a month and talking to three different customer specialists (who were actually very helpful), the case was still NOT solved! At one point, the hotel told the specialist that they have refunded me , which was a lie. As of today which is about almost a month after my stay, I reached out to Marriott's customer service again and the specialist reached to the hotel. Guess what, the hotel told her it was just some temporary incidental hold on my credit card and I should wait longer for it to drop. Well, it has been a month and I really do not think incidental hold will hold up that long on my credit card!! At this point, I feel like the hotel just does not want to deal with this situation so they make up whatever reasons to keep me wait and wait till I am tired of following things up. SO...if you decide to stay in this hotel, please be careful with the bill when you check out while you are still there. Once you leave and if you catch a problem, good luck (:

Although this Fairfield is 2 1/2 years old, it feels brand new due to the Covid slump. Rooms have some thoughtful new design, such as ample place to open suitcases - not on bed! Comfortable beds and clean throughout. Best thing was the breakfast - fresh fruit, Jimmy Dean sandwiches and individual crustless quiches (hot!) instead of the usual rubber scrambled eggs and sloppy waffles. About the only negative is that it’s not in the center of town on the lake, but it’s right off the interstate, and about 2 blocks from shopping center. Snacks available in lobby. Didn’t use pool or fitness, but they looked nice. Quiet, but we were there midweek.

Very pretty, modern. Fresh modern shower/bathroom. I wish I could’ve stayed here an extra night. Very up-to-date, Particularly considering how quaint and yocal the surrounding area is. Wings and spinach salad at Next Door pub were top notch. I understand why everyone is proud of that eatery (with a bourbon list like few I have seen outside of KY/TN!) Easy entrance off the highway, good signage, easy parking. Wish I did more business in this neighborhood, I would love staying here again.

Good place. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and actually appear to know what they're doing. Coffee is always there and not cold. Desk is manned overnight too. Room was good as was the bed. Really have nothing bad to say about this place

Stayed here for a quick weekend overnight to attend a wedding in Lake Geneva. Hotel stay was great. The entire hotel and room was very clean, looked brand new. Kids enjoyed the pool. Though small, the pool was nice. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. Would stay again.

What a wonderful experience at this hotel! Fantastic service, lots of smiles, clean rooms and one of the best showers ever! We were in town for a wedding at Grand Geneva Resort and welcomed the option of staying here less than a mile away. Three full nights, wonderful breakfast each morning and some nice little perks for guests to enhance the stay. Don’t hesitate to book here, easy drive to Lakefront and downtown.

Amazing hotel! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. It was a hop and skip to downtown by the lake, but the hotel was away from the chaos! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. (Extra nice to our kids which was nice!) They had great breakfast (the little quiche were a huge hit!) I personally enjoyed how new, fresh and clean everything was! We Will Be Back!
