My husband and I stayed one night here as we were traveling to North Florida to check on damage to family property after Hurricane Helene. Room was large and comfortable, front desk employees were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was limited but definitely adequate! Super convenient to restaurants and access to I-75. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Worst customer service ever! Traveling due to hurricane. Was about to check in but had to use their restroom but rude lady and check in guy said ‘it’s not open to public” so would have to check in first. Definitely not an 5 star not even a one star. Are you serious? They were standing around chatting and no one else even in the lobby. You would think they’d be considerate considering people are displaced due to a major hurricane. Did not check in canceled instead and went to a near by hotel. Terrible people!

Stayed here en route from Louisiana to West Palm. Easy access to restaurants, gas stations, I-75. Exceptionally clean facility with a friendly, efficient, welcoming staff. Room was spacious, beds wide, and mattresses/pillows comfortable. Large TV. Satisfactory hot breakfast which was fresh and replenished. Excellent value for $130 Kudos to the manager and her employees. As a Hilton Honors member , i was really impressed. Will attempt to locate a Tru on our next trip.

So, I arrived a day before Hurricane Debby hit the area ... initially, my reservation had gotten messed up by booking,com (don't use them!) and rather than charging me the fee to cancel and rebook the owner of the hotel waived the fee by way of a direct phone call to me (excellent customer service). Not realizing the hurricane demise ... I hadn't booked more than one night and was told everything was sold out for a 200mi radius. What happened? A cancelation. I was confirmed for a second night. Everything about the room, staff, food ... all excellent. Still haven't had a bad experience with TRU ... which is why I seek out TRU wherever I may need a room. Thanks!

This is a great facility easy access from the interstate. Nice pool although it could use some shade areas the front desk crew some… fantastic some terrible so they need to do some training. Hopefully they don’t have to get rid of some people…early June 17. The lobby restroom toilet was horrible needed to be cleaned and I brought this to their attention. The young fitness challenged girl said to me the cleaning people come in at 8 …she didn’t even bother to get out of her chair so you will run into Instances where people should be working at the post office, and not for the Hilton otherwise great breakfast nice rooms give it a try

Such a convenient location. Loved being able to select a room before arrival. Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the shower worked great. Very little noise to disturb. This will be our go-to when heading south.

Such a great surprise off of 75 in North Florida. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming late at night and our room was clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our belongings. The walk in shower had great water pressure. The continental breakfast choices were good and fresh.

Nice place. Clean rooms and courteous staff. They have an amazing lobby with an above average breakfast. They even have a pool table. Outside they have fire pits and grills. The only drawback is that the internet is not free. Otherwise very nice!

This place is truely incredible! The staff and the managers were all very welcoming! The service is on point (very Professional). I enjoyed the food and all the amenities that Tru Hilton has to provide. Overall, I loved my stay and look forward to coming back!
