Hotel Del Pui

Amazing hotel! We booked through SunWeb for a 5 night ski break. Location - The hotel is steps from the gondola up to the Pal ski area, which is also where the ski rental shop is. It was about a 4 hour transfer from Barcelona airport in a coach, direct to the door. There were bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Room - We were in room 607 on the top floor with a large balcony overlooking the town and mountain which was stunning. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is nice & modern. Housekeeping did an amazing job and kept the room spotless throughout our stay. There were plenty of pillows, a sofa bed and loads of space to hang up wet clothes after a day skiing. There is also a ski storage room & each room has its own secure locked area. Food - breakfast is in the hotel which was a good continental and hot cooked buffet. The coffee is great. Dinner is at the nearby Hotel Magic Ski (less than 2 minutes walk) and was really good for a buffet - plenty of hot options including freshly grilled meat, great salad bar, soups and pastas and delicious deserts. As far as buffets go, it was really good. The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely & really great, they couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a great stay. Overall for the price we paid I was expecting a fairly budget hotel but I was really pleasantly surprised by the room, the facilities, food, everything! Would definitely recommend & we hope to return. Thanks!

Excelente el servicio . Cristina en recepción un diez . Nos encantó la habitación y las vistas. En tema desayuno muy contentos, tenemos intolerancia al gluten y el servicio muy bueno. Tema limpieza muy correcto. Sin duda si volvemos a Andorra , repetiríamos en este hotel.

Come quasi sempre, il mio fiuto non mi ha tradito nella scelta dell’alloggio a La Massana per una breve vacanza. L’accoglienza di Sylvie è stata impeccabile e cordiale, la posizione dell’hotel fenomenale, centralissima e a pochi passi dalla telecabina. Che meraviglia piazzare l’auto in parcheggio e scordarsene per tutto il soggiorno, avendo tutto = negozi, caffè, ristoranti - a poche decine di metri! Il deposito sci è perfetto, l’hotel è silenzioso, nonostante la via sempre trafficata, moderno e piacevolmente decorato. Le camere non sono grandi ma razionali ed offrono un confort di prim’ordine. Abbiamo spento il riscaldamento e stavamo benissimo. Un plus rilevante, un balconcino con un tavolino e due sedie orientato a mezzogiorno, ideale per starsene tranquillamente al sole. Pulizia senza pecche. Unico neo insignificante, lo specchio del bagno con qualche traccia di ossido. Nella hall, dove Cristina e Sylvie non si risparmiano per offrire una simpatica ed efficace collaborazione agli ospiti, sono presenti i quotidiani del giorno. L’hotel si appoggia per breakfast e/o mezza pensione , all’ Hotel Magic adiacente. Consiglio senza dubbio questa struttura alberghiera che mi ha soddisfatto in ogni aspetto
