Finding a decent place to stay on route 85 with a large dog is challenging. This place will now be my go to stop. Great location with plenty of area to walk the dog and places for her to go do her stuff. It’s a little off the highway near great wolf lodge but it is NOT filled with kids as great wolf makes you stay at their hotel if you want to use their water park. Instead, this hotel is filled with reputable people working at the nearby Kia plant and other related businesses. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. We felt very comfortable staying at this hotel and will stay there again next time we are passing through.

We spent one night at the Home2Suites in Lagrange, after a stay at the Great Wolf Lodge (accross the street) and before heading back to Atlanta. Overall, we really liked out stay at Home2... even though it does suffer from the 2 common flaws which are typical of all Home2s I have been to. What I liked: You know what you are going to get at a Home2Suites if you have stayed at one before. The room layout and sizing is pretty standard across all properties. Room and bathroom are fairly spacious, there is a nice but small kitchen area - furnished with what you need to cook/serve a meal. The TV had many channels, the wifi was reliable, AC worked fine to keep the room at a comfortable temperature when it was close to 100F outside, water temperature and pressure was adequate for the shower... Ample parking space, two BBQs on-site... friendly staff, ample parking space and conveniently located near I-85... but not right next to it. Food wise, there is a Waffle House in the parking lot, there are a few other fast food options nearby and "city centre" is a short 10 minutes ride away. The mobile key system worked flawlessly throughout the stay What to watch for/could be improved: There are two things at Home2Suites that are problematic at all their properties. 1. Their so-called queen sized beds are actually double beds - and they have to be amongst the stiffest. most uncomfortable beds of a major hotel chain. 2. The complimentary breakfast is probably the weakest when compared to other Hilton Honors properties... Now, the 2 downsides are not enough for me to take down the rating for this property. It is relatively new and in great shape, I like the location and it is relatively good value. As such, I do highly recommend it

We stayed here last year and found it a good hotel. So we returned for a quick overnight stay in June. Things were still good. Comfortable, well equipped, quiet rooms. Pretty of hot water, a full kitchen even in a studio suite. Good location across from the Great Wolf Lodge. One exception was the breakfast. Ignore the signs in the elevator about breakfast with eggs your way. There is a waffle maker, cereal, baked goods, fruit and such. But you won't find trays of scrambled eggs to scoop from, trays of sausages and bacon and omelets. Instead what they offered last year and still offer this year are packaged breakfast Jimmy Dean sandwiches. Which are not terrible, but still not the same as what you find in almost every other place.

We arrived at this location as a base for our work for 6 days. The check-in process was quick and we had rooms on the 4th floor. The room is a standard Home 2 Suites which we do like as it has a mini kitchen with a microwave and full fridge. The room and the bathroom were clean and the sheets also had no issues. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but used the workout room and it was clean and very usable. The pool was closed and I could see why. It was very cloudy and seemed to be down for cleaning. The hotel is right next to a Great Wolf Lodge, which I didn't know, so we did see a lot of families, but it was not noisy at all. I wouldn't have even known there were families here if I didn't see them in the morning. Also, something to note is that this hotel does not have a lot of stores or restaurants close by. It is outside the city a little, but the city is small and anything is reachable in about 10 - 15 minutes.

Hilton honours member for a long time, so thought I’d give this new brand a go, Hotel is ok.Clean and in good decorative order. The staff are pleasant & very helpful. Breakfast was a big let down (re hot food on offer) The advert photo in the elevator certainly didn’t match the actual stuff on offer! This hotel is Pretty expensive for what it is - ie nothing special

This hotel has a professional and helpful staff who go out of their way to assure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our room was immaculate, the pet area is clean and well lit with bags provided and is in an easily accessible place right out the door by the elevator. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We picked this hotel last-minute for an overnight stay while on a trip from Montgomery, Al to Macon, Ga. And we are very glad we did!! As for the hotel, it was new, the room was very clean, the room was very quiet, and the staff we interacted with were amazing. One staff member in particular really made us feel welcome and treated us as though we were special guests. The staff member in this case was Katrina. She welcomed us and acknowledged us as Hilton Honors members which meant a lot to us. Katrina was very professional, very kind, had excellent customer service skills, and was very personable. Please thank Katrina for us....she made our experience very positive and we appreciated her recognizing us as Hilton Honors members and providing us some welcome snacks. In addition to Katrina, EVERY staff member we encountered was very professional and made us feel very special. THANK YOU!!

I would love to have stayed at h2suites but the difference in the price being on limited income had to stay at Baymont inn but NEVER again I will sleep in My car before I stay there again almost 60 dollars difference in price was why I usually stay in the choice hotels but when I booked it was not available but NEVER again at the BAYMONT

After we checked in it took over an hour to get a room although one had been assigned to us. When we got to our room we could connect to Wi-Fi. The bed was uncomfortable and neither one of us slept well. While taking a shower in 5 minutes the hot water went cold. Have you ever rinsed in a shower with cold water? Not fun. In addition, the breakfast bar had very little to eat. No selection of good food at all. We have been staying at this hotel for years and nothing like this has ever happened before. They used to clean rooms every day and now it’s every 4 days. I do not recommend this hotel.
