I had a great stay at the hostel for only $9 a night. My bed was comfortable, everything you need for cooking, hammocks for chilling and a place to eat. The people were really friendly there and I felt very safe. The road of the hostel looks onto Volcano Arenal which was stunning in the morning!

Nice place to stay in La Fortuna, book for 2 days and I stayed 5. Pleasant staff, the owner is very friendly and young; the place has a gym, coworking, yoga area, equipped kitchen and lockers. There are bad comments about this property, but the owner told me that it was from before he owned the property and it must be true because the place does not look like what it was before and the owner is very young. Thank you for everything and I hope to come back!

Is a bit of a walk towards the center but this place is great as it has all the amenities and facilities needed for your stay. Either a solo backpacker or friends travelling you’ll find what you need there. The staff is very helpful and for sure will make you feel welcome and assist you for your adventures. A plus, the water was warm which we couldn’t find there 🙏🏼

We loved this place outside the very noisy town of La Fortuna. Our room was great, the staff were lovely, the location good, the facilities perfect and there were several places to sit outside. We liked the nearby river. A good end to our two months in Costa Rica. It was good value for money.

Very spacious and clean place, very well equipped kitchen , clean bathrooms and rooms, lot of places to chill, including hammock by the river! There’s also a gym. I really loved it and would recommend to my friends to go. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Free coffee in the morning, loved all about it.

Peaceful hostel, always sleeping cozy when I stay at Río Danta. Right by the river where you can see wildlife. It is a very open hostel with all the things you need. I miss it every time I leave( which I can’t say about every hostel.

The place was amazing. Everything was Clean and working well. The staff was kind and helpfull. You can relax there or socialize or have some fun in common area, which has everything you need. The place is a little outside, which I liked very much, but it is just an easy walk to get to the centre and everything else.
