Das Zimmer ist groß, geräumig und die Aussicht ist am meisten der Zeit wirklich gut (sehr groß und die Zimmer sind vom Stock 29+ entfernt). Das Hotel hat einen Pool, aber für den ersten Monat, den ich dort war, wurde gesagt, es sei auf Wartung. Ich denke, es wird nicht bald öffnen (es scheint gerade verlassen, eine Trauer). Der Fitnessraum ist ok, genügt für die meisten Trainings. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine kostenlos, Sie müssen eine extravagante Summe zahlen, um Ihre Kleidung gewaschen. Guter Punkt ist, das Hotel befindet sich auf der Spitze eines großen Malls. Essen ist sehr leicht zugänglich dank dessen, ich war so froh, dort nach einem langen Tag am Arbeitsplatz zu leben. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen!

Während des chinesischen Neujahrs habe ich die Feiertage für einen Aufenthalt in Kunshan genutzt. Ich habe mich für das Kunshan Xidi Alanruo Resort in der Nähe von Wuxi entschieden. Es war ganz angenehm, mehr als eine Stunde zu fahren. Das Resort verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze🅿️Es liegt außerdem ganz in der Nähe des Alanruo B&B, sodass das Einchecken bequem ist Nach dem Einchecken und Aufstehen aufs Zimmer hatten sie bereits Obst und einen exquisiten Nachmittagstee für uns vorbereitet. Im Winter bereiten sie außerdem liebevoll Tremella- und Lotussamensuppe zu. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer eine Minibar mit allerlei Snacks und Getränken. Zundu war so großzügig. Das Resort bietet auch Aktivitäten wie Kajakfahren und Töpfern an und es sind Kinder in der Nähe. Mir gefällt die kleine Bahn sehr gut. 可以説是崑山這邊最便宜的五星級酒店了吧。附近有地鐵站出行方便，斜對面也有一家好吃的江浙菜。缺點是房間牆紙脱落，但是考慮到是老酒店也可以理解。還有就是房間及廁所的垃圾桶沒有套垃圾袋。

Alles zeigt die extreme Verfolgung des Hotels auf Details. Im Zimmer gibt es fast einen Balkon, trinken Sie Tee im Balkon und sprechen sehr gut. Der Pool ist im oberen Stockwerk, die Landschaft ist sehr gut, es gibt ein Gefühl der Meeresferien, der südöstliche Asien-Stil, bringt das Baby nachts zum oberen Stockwerk mit einem unbegrenzten Pool, sehr zufrieden mit einer Reiseerlebnis, glücklich!

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

1.房間佈局簡潔。 2.管家跟進很快（氣温突然升高，房間因在西邊角落較熱，因店內空調還未切換成製冷模式，管家趕緊拿了一台風扇救急）。 3.早餐很豐富。餐廳雅緻，入住客户錯峯就餐，閑適而放鬆。 4.周圍環境不錯。柴妹妹喜歡周邊田野閑逛，並在店旁的寵物賽道草坪上自由地奔跑，玩得很開心！還和店家養的小柯基愉快相處，走時很是戀戀不捨！

當時訂房的時候，音悦家的主題以及進門的小花園，還有那一大片草坪都非常吸引我；每一間房也有不同的風格，所以糾結了蠻久。最後還是選擇了帶有大露台的雨後咖啡~ 抵達民宿以後，也沒有讓我失望，花園、泳池、音樂氛圍感十足的大廳以及可以露營的草坪，度假感拉滿~ 房間內的陳設也讓我驚喜，半圓弧形的落地窗，偌大的户外露台……房間內的家居用品以及別緻燈具能體現出民宿老闆的精緻品味；洗手間的用品也一定是經過一番挑選，一次性的牙刷舒適度堪比自家用的，吹風機試用的是松下的品牌，垃圾收納也是電動感應，既方便又衞生~ 民宿內可玩兒的就很多，泳池、音樂派對、親子手工、KTV、遊戲機、品茶、烤肉、煙花、擼貓等等等等，不出門就可以泡一天 第二日詢問了老闆娘村裡有哪些好玩兒的，倒是也處處驚喜，皮划艇、做木工、書店、撈魚、村口的小火車…… 短短兩日實在是不夠，準備秋日天涼了再來一回，依舊會選擇“音悦家”，還想試試其他房型呀！
