Vienna International Hotel (Kunming Xinluoshiwan South Bus and Subway Station)

Ich habe schon einmal in einem Wiener Hotel übernachtet und hatte einen guten Eindruck. Dieses Mal habe ich mich bewusst für ein Wiener Hotel in der Nähe der U-Bahn entschieden, etwa 200 Meter entfernt wird gerade renoviert, daher gibt es leichte Unannehmlichkeiten.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und man muss seine Karte durchziehen, um hoch und runter zu kommen. Es liegt neben der U-Bahn, was sehr praktisch ist, und die Tante auf dem Boden ist auch sehr höflich.

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離， 前台很熱情，主動升級更大的房間，房間隔音挺好很安靜，不影響睡眠，床鋪特別軟 房價也很實惠，住的特別滿意！

酒店前台服務熱情，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店在地鐵站旁邊，出行比較方便。環境整體温馨幽靜，設施都很齊全，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。
