Has a great stay and will be back. The hotel is conveniently situated on top of the shopping mall and next to train station. Parking is just in b1 and the hotel will give you discount when parking in b1 which cost only 1.000 yen for overnight parking. The room is nice and super comfy to stay. The staffs are all so attentive and friendly.

This hotel is amazing! I stay with my family and the place is just spotless. Loved the large bathroom two sinks available!
Dont get me started with the outdoor onsen and that was fantastic after a long day of driving.
Breakfast is great and the place is within walking distance to the shopping centers, we end up having dinner at the Kumamoto Food stall.
Cosy place, nice beds, Netflix and YouTube available on the TV, coffee and tea and free amenities for guest to enjoy.

Habe 2 Zimmer für 1 Nacht gebucht, Frühstück inbegriffen. Das Personal war freundlich und der Service war nett. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief schnell und problemlos. Sie haben keinen Parkplatz, aber ich habe in einem Kommentar von jemand anderem eine Parkanleitung gefunden. Sie können das Personal um einen Parkschein für einen günstigeren Preis bitten. Insgesamt ist dies ein Hotel, das ich empfehlen würde.

Großer Wert für das, was wir für bezahlt haben. effiziente Eincheckung. Hochwertige öffentliche Badezimmer mit zwei heißen Quellen (ein Innen- und ein Außenpool), eine Sauna und ein kaltes Wasserbad. My stay at Super Hotel Lohas Kumamoto Natural Hot Springs was a delightful experience. While the room was on the smaller side, it was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the breakfast, which offered a delicious spread of Japanese cuisine, perfectly capturing the essence of local flavors. Though I didn't have the opportunity to visit the natural hot springs this time, I look forward to experiencing them during my next stay. If you're seeking cozy comfort and authentic cuisine in Kumamoto, Super Hotel Lohas is a great choice.

Es gibt viele Dinge in der Nacht und am Frühstück, sehr lecker!
Der Jahrestag bietet auch den Zenzaiyakinako-Kake.
Als ich aus dem Haus ging, hatte ich kostenlose Tickets in der Nähe (Agannasse) und genossen langsam den Freien Pool und Kiew bis nach 15:00 Uhr. Ich ging mit meiner Tochter, aber ich bin froh, dass meine Tochter die Stimmung verändert hat. 😊

Eine große Auswahl an Selbstentnahme-Ausstattung (Zähnebürste, Reiniger, Körpersponge, Komb, Tee, Kaffee usw.) und spezielle Ausstattung wie Haarkurler, Latex-Kleidung, Strombank, Schuhtrockner und vieles mehr! Einfache digitale Selbstkontrolle mit Personalhilfe. Gute Frühstückssortiment und saubere Umgebung. Gepäckspeicherung mit Frontdesk ist auch einfach! Parken Guide Brochure verfügbar. Kostenlose Käsegran snack beim Einchecken. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden hier zu bleiben!

VVictorliDie Lage ist absolut fantastisch. Es liegt ganz oben im Einkaufszentrum und die Straßenhändler sind gegenüber. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die meisten Dinge sind in Ordnung. Natürlich ist es nicht groß, aber groß genug für ein Paar, um ein paar Nächte zu bleiben.

MMiniteoHotel is 5 tram stops away from Kumamoto station, red line. Shopping street is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk away, with many stores and eateries..There was a big Christmas market just in front of the shopping street.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and have all amenities needed. They have coin operated washer cum dryer on 3rd floor, 600 yen.

CchanA fantastic location and excellent service. The hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms are surprisingly more spacious than expected. The decour is modern and inviting. Self service luggage storage is very convenient. The location is a short walk to all the main attractions.

TTraveller CI stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room.
This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease.
The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off.
Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away.
Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!!
We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated.
Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

GGastnutzerRooms are neat and spacious, fantastic beds and has everything you would need in a room. Love the design of bunk beds, good for family stay. Breakfast have limited options only. One down side was our room air conditioning was not cool enough, the dust filter were full of dust and need some cleaning.

RRomanI think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again.
Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.
