Strategic location. In front hotel got mall. Only walk 2 mins from hotel. Breakfast super good with much variety to choose. Can improve the registration so that no need to queue for too long. Reminder: need to validate your tngo card at receptionist every time you want to leave the hotel (if driving) to get free parking. If dont, they will charge your card.

Die Umgebung ist nicht, es ist sehr gut für den Schluck, alle Arten von Aktivitäten sind voll, ob Sie schlucken oder mit mehreren Freunden schlucken. Das Restaurant ist jeden Tag zu essen, der Geschmack ist in der Regel gut, die Sorten sind noch reichhaltig, nicht mit den Erwartungen, zu essen. Kostenloses Trinken ist sehr lecker. Das Zimmerwifi ist wirklich ein bisschen schlecht... Alle anderen sind sehr zufrieden.

Das Resort ist schön eingerichtet. Viele Bäume und diejenigen, die die Natur lieben wld definitiv lieben diesen Ort. Das Problem ist, dass das Personal in erster Linie neu und ohne viel Wissen und nicht sehr sicher sind, dass sie richtig ausgebildet/guidiert sind. Manche, die lokalen Leute sind, scheinen nicht in der Lage zu sein, richtig Englisch zu sprechen. Das Restaurant ist immer mit Fliegen befallen. Seien Sie vorsichtig, was Sie dort essen. In meinen wenigen Tagen waren es Fliegen überall. Fliegen tanzten hier und dort auf dem Essen und unserem Tisch. Einige ihrer Lebensmittel sind nicht abgedeckt und sogar ihr Personal sah es, aber wie nur cldnt nicht beunruhigt werden. Essen Geschmack ist nur ok. Fahrräder für kostenlos zu verwenden. Aber nicht mit vielen Spülen und nützlich gepflegt. Das Zimmer war ok. Räumlich n sauber. Der Pool der Villa war ein wenig schmutzig. Ich frage mich, wie oft sie den Pool reinigen. Ich verstehe manchmal Blätter und andere Abfälle fallen in, aber es war schmutzig. Glücklicherweise kam das Personal auf meiner Beschwerde schnell zu reinigen, obwohl es nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Die Metallschleifschritte des Pools waren geformt. Das Resort ist groß mit schönen Landschaften. leider nicht ordnungsgemäß gepflegt, nicht gut gepflegt. Man kann zerfallene und fallende Blätter sehen, die seit vielen Tagen unerwartet waren. Sie scheinen nicht mit dem Personal zu tun die Reinigung oder sonst, schütteln es. Es ist traurig, so schöne Resort zu sehen, wie Tisse.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. Everything is good, about Swiss Belhotel Kuantan; most importantly the breakfast buffet was a good spread with a variety of dishes and affordable price.Another plus is that the beach is just behind the hotel. Finally, appreciation goes to Puan Amy at the reception who made the stay worthwhile as she was very accomodative. She changed my room from the 12th floor to 26th floor in which the view was breahtaking. Good location too.

Went to kuantan for friend wedding and I chose AV hotel. Clean room, everything is perfect and good. Recommended to everyone. Hotel located at town, around 10-15 minutes from Teluk Cempedak.

Das Gefühl eines geeigneten 4-Sterne-Hotelzimmers mit sehr anständigem Geruch, das Zimmer war für eine einzelne Reise ins Geschäftsleben sehr zufriedenstellend. Con. (1) Makan (Mate) ein bisschen Susah (schwierig). Aber nachdem Sie das gesagt haben, das nächste Kopitiam kaum 2 km entfernt, Kemaman Kopitiam. (2) Suburb Pros. (1) Nice room. (2) Easy to get in and out - Parkplatz ist wie in Ihrem eigenen Haus (außer, dass Sie ein bisschen geduldig sein müssen, wenn es ein anderes Auto auf dem Weg ist).
