Decent property with basic rooms. No food options in the hotel. Pros are a comfortable room and clean. Cons, Allocated room no. 301. Consistent with problem of hot water in the room. During the shower , suddenly water turned cold on both the days. Suddenly the water was extremely hot and suddenly getting cold. Complained to reception but no use. Multiple warning of charges as per the photo all across the room did not give a good feeling. Alright for a stopover minus the water issue.

It's an old hotel but it is clean..the pool is not entertaining at all....the breakfast is terrible.. it doesn't worth the money to take a room with breakfast as they provided very limited breakfast choices...

Nice hotel located in the middle of Ktown, only a stone’s throw to KCM. Haben wir uns Twin Bed & the room was spacious, extra love the comfortable stick! Sicherlich wird wiederholen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist schön. Es macht mich für ziemlich manchmal voll. Das Eisen ist geliefert. Es gibt Kettle zu verwenden. Ganz angenehm für 3 Nächte Aufenthalt.

The location is nice, by the Balok Beach. The pool is huge with beautiful landscape but it was close during the month of Ramadhan due to maintenance. Timurbay Seafront is like an AirBnB style accommodation, not a typical hotel or a service apartment. A variety of different hosts rent out different apartments so the quality will differ. My specific review is for: A Junior Suite by Subhome, booked thru Trip.Com & Within Earth. Thanks to Mr Soaib, he allowed us to early checked in at around 1pm and upgrade my son room to pool view and facing the ocean. Response time through whatsapp and call very efficient. Limited time check-in from 3 to 10 pm only. And check-out from 9am to 12pm only. You'll get fine for RM100/30 minutes for late check-out. Need to consider in providing amenities such tooth brush, mineral water, etc. Parking was okay, the security is good. Lots of local restaurant nearby. Will come again when we're in Kuantan.

Insgesamt eine gute Option, wenn in Kuantan. Das Badezimmer sieht neu renoviert mit Haartrockner! Das Bett ist komfortabel. Das Fernsehen ist für das Zimmer etwas klein und der Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht gut in der Nacht, die seltsam ist und eine gemeinsame Beschwerde unter anderen Gästen hier. Aber insgesamt ist es ein guter Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis.

Unter dem Toilettensitz ist schmutzig, keine Seife ist noch keine Seife. Sie müssen Treppen auf dem Zimmer auf Ebene 3 stiegen.

Die Lage ist ziemlich entschlossen unter dem Wohnbereich (rumah kedai). Tapi, selamat je für Parkplatz. Aber, ade 4 ekor anjing halten Menyalak um die Fläche. 10mins bis TC und 10-15 mins bis zu viralen Essensoren. Sehr sauber, geräumig für 4 Personen, immer noch Platz zum Beten, komfortabeles WC und Wäscheschrank Größe. Takde Kühlschrank aber kann man im Hotel verwenden. Bawah Hotel ist ein chinesisches Restaurant. Empfang freundlich. Eisen, Haartrockner, Kaffeetisch, Toiletten bereits dort.
