Fehler oder mangelnde Genauigkeit bei der Reservierung über Trip? Kurz gesagt, das Hotel scheint eher ein Spa zu sein, das Hotel ist, als ein Hotel, das ein Spa hat.

Everything is good excepts the water supply for the bath tub is dirty. The view was okay however please bare in mind that the TV is not an analog, not a smart TV.

Mit dem Angebotspreis bekomme ich einen Bonus-Urlaub, aber hier ein paar Worte, wie ich es in Zukunft besser machen kann: 1) Eine Minibar oder ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wären angebracht. 2) Handtücher sind ein Muss, tauschen Sie sie nicht gegen Einweghandtücher aus, das ist Müll. 3) Überprüfen Sie die Reinigungskräfte noch einmal und fragen Sie nach deren Terminplanung!

Really loved the stay in this hotel. It's an excellent budget stay with all necessary facilities being present in room. Staff were super polite and catered to our ad hoc needs on time. Location of this hotel is the major advantage for tourists as major locations are just walking distance away and you can take GRAB which is affordable as well. Petalling street is just opposite of the hotel which makes shopping and food exploration more fun!! In ground floor you have 7-11, Texas Chicken which is open 24hrs! 5/5 rating to PACIFIC EXPRESS CHINATOWN!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Großer, komfortabler Lobbybereich. Wir waren für eine Nacht hier. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, das sich jedoch nicht öffnen ließ. Wenn Sie länger bleiben möchten, wählen Sie Ihr Zimmer sorgfältig aus. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer, klein. Es gab Gel und Shampoo. Die Handtücher sind sauber, aber abgenutzt. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher, Wasser, Tee, Kaffee, Sahne und Zucker. Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über eine Klimaanlage. Im zweiten Stock scheint es ein Restaurant zu geben, es gibt auch eine Kühlbox mit kaltem (sehr kaltem, was bei der Hitze sehr nützlich ist) und heißem Wasser. Ergebnis: Hotel für ein paar Nächte.

Thank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging. My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter! The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful! The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged. I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.

booked this place again within a month cause of it’s location. walking distance to berjaya times square mall, and lots of other malls in the vicinity staff was kind to bump me up to a bigger room- appreciate it! also ate at the early bird cafe in the hotel. found the food prices to be quite reasonable. would book again if i return to the area 👍👍👍

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Große Lage. Kurzes Spaziergang zum Bukit Bintang-Bereich und viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungen für einen guten Aufenthalt. Nur Rückmeldungen habe ich, dass die Blätter ziemlich grob sind. Der Komforter ist aus gutem Material und komfortabler, aber die Blätter sind billiger und unkomfortabler Material. Pls bedenken, sie zu ändern.

The toilets were very clean! The capsule had keycard lock for security. They provided keycars lock for cupboard. They provided free drinking water! I love this place and will 100% choose this when I go to visit KL again.

Insgesamt so gut ... Park vor dem Hotel & einige Restaurants/Shops um. Es gibt einen Aufzug, um Sie oben und in der Nähe Ihres Zimmers mit dem Coway/Iron liefert. Onkel am Frontdesk ist so freundlich
