Very unfriendly and pathetic behavior of the guy at the reception!
My flight was early morning so i called 1 day before my reservation, the receptionist said i need to pay extra 15 RM for early check in . I said okay fine. I arrived around 7:30 and there was another guy at reception’ He didn’t even answer to My Greetings “ Good Morning Sir” anyways he behaved very unfriendly and denied to let me check in. I said alright i will wait here in the hall waiting area. I asked for WIFI password he said “ Sorry I can't give you WiFi password because you have not checked in yet. I will give you password after your check in time starts.
Later i checked in and the plug in slots were little wider , i couldn't plug in my charger. I asked for extension lead or connector, they asked me to go and buy myself. Worst experience ever , anyways thanks to trip.com , i called and they solved this issue. They pushed the hotel to provide me the connector or cancel my booking.
