Hotel Menaal Residency

I stayed in Mennal Residency, Bundi Road, Kota(Rajasthan) for two days to attend a marriage function!On entrance gate's inside(right) was looking dirty with dump of tent house materials, that was not giving good look on entering to Hotel! Hotel stay was not comfortable on account of room accommodation! In Bathroom, Bath tub was having crack, much dirty below the sink and It was dirty even after attending the housekeeping staff , there was hair on floor and in bath tub! Careless housekeeping! There was dirt on bed level wall slab too! Bed side corner window was unable to close in this winter period, that caused sickness of us! Also the lights were not proper in room and bathroom! When informed and asked on reception, the fellow replied that the particular room no. 306 will be renovated! When anything considered for renovation, why it was allowed and allocated? Means the management is not serious about guests stay at Hotel, they are tarnishing the image earned by Menaal Residency in years! The garden space provided for functions was full of dry grass, that should be lush green! Over all it was not the "Menaal Residency" crown of kota city, which was 15 years back!

Hotel has 80 odd rooms lavishly spread in few acres of land. You can choose this if you have work around landmark city, kunhari, nayapua. Latest attraction of kota river front is also near

Tv not working and not providing smart tv and wardroom too dirty and wet towel put in wardroom so smell badly and water kettle not working and refrigerate not working. And use packet in room

Worst place ever saw in kota rajasthan they took customer's money in advance mo services given not giving refund as we are not availing the services then also not refunding they are not even picking the call now

Everything nice and good service also, food good and room also good. Staff are nice and everything

I recommended this hotel for those who like to want a peaceful enviornmenat without any disturbance, but i watt to tell one thing the place is far away from the city, and staff behaviour is overall good

It was only one day stay hotel minal. It is a very good property with excellent mentinens. Clean rooms with good services.

Location- good with an open garden, food- good taste, hygiene- rooms and washrooms were clean, safety- it is secure and safe
