The room was good at this price range. The bathroom was just awesome fully cleaned and fully hygienic. But what i look for most is their behaviour. Fully tension free check-in. Awesome staff behaviour. They were fully helpful to you. You can ask anything from them if available they will provide it to you. You will feel like you are a guest to them, they serve like that

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage, 20 Gehminuten zum U-Bahnhof und der Station Sealdah. Das Zimmer ist auf einer ziemlich ruhigen Straße, das Zimmer war angemessen zum Preis.

Hotel avisha is a no star hotel. There is a bed, study table with dirty chair. I stayed in room 208. Towels are provided. Hand towel is so old i could not touch. I reached at 1:30pm and asked for lunch. They could not provide stating that i need to order before 10:30am to get the lunch. But the check in time is 11am. Then i asked if tea can be provided. They served tea in a smallest paper cup and charged rs 20. At least a cup and plate could have been provided. I went outside to have lunch. They concentrate more on the banquet hall for parties.

The booking was through MMT and the check-in was smooth. The staff is good and keep to them self but are friendly when you approach them. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Coming to the Restaurant: The food is good and have abundant quantities. Overall good experience

Excellent navigation. Service is very sharp. Polite behavior. Cleaning service much better. But if you want to stay in winter season kindly checked the blanket. Blankets are very poor condition.

Das Zimmer, das wir bekommen hatten, war sauber, aber das Zimmer, das ich letztes Mal geblieben habe, war besser. Dieses Mal hatte das Zimmer kein Telefon und ich konnte nicht mit der Rezeption Kontakt aufnehmen. Aber ich mag sehr die Verwendung von Personal hier sehr gut.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was the courteous and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made a great impression. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While space was a bit limited, the overall ambiance was decent, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The service made up for any minor shortcomings, and I would consider staying here again.
