Pros- 1. The hotel is located at walking distance from rabindra sadan metro. 2. The room size though small is cozy and comfortable with facilities of tv, ac, wardrobe and comfortable beds and mattresses. 3. The bathroom accessories provided are of good quality as well as quantity with provision of hot water, hair dryer and separate bathing area which helps keeping the bathroom dry and clean. 4. The complementary breakfast is simple and nutritious and of good quantity. We were served with toast, omlette, butter, jam, fresh juice, bananas, papaya and tea! the preparation was homely and tasty. Cons 1. The biggest drawback was inadequate signposting of the hotel after initial signage at the gate. Once inside, there were no indicators to guide a guest how to reach the front desk since other residential buildings are collocated inside the premises. Guidance from a gentleman at 1030 p. M. Helped us get on a lift and reach the 5th floor where the hotel is located. It is requested that more direction signages be put up to guide the guests for an easy checkin. Overall an excellent stay with clean rooms and nice and good quality amenities provided in the room. 4* rating

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very courteous. The maintenance of the property is great! the breakfast is good as well.

Excellent place to stay in prime location of Kolkata. Property maintained clean and hygiene.Support staffs behavior is super. Only one draw back is food that we need to place the order well in advance. Over all my personal experience is excellent and I strongly recommends this property to all my friends

The location of this place is fantasic. Right in the heart of kolkata. Close to all major locations. Food was very homely, amenities were top class. Best of all was the amazing maintenance and housekeeping, fantastic and courteous staff and amazing hospitality. Simple loved every day of my 6 day stay here. Rooms are spacious with balcony and clean washrooms.
