Ich habe in diesem Hotel einige Tage gelebt, und meine Erfahrung ist im Allgemeinen sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem und ist sehr nahe dem Zentrum und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, so dass ich leicht überall in der Stadt ankommen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte um das Hotel, was mich sehr bequem macht. Mein Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Bett ist sehr weich und die Kopfhörer sehr komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind auch sehr komplett, es gibt TV, Mini-Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, was mich sehr bequem fühlt. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber und bietet alle notwendigen Gegenstände wie Haarwasser, Haarpflegemittel und Schleifmittel. Insgesamt sind die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sehr gut, so dass ich mich sehr komfortabel und zufrieden fühle.

We stayed at Chalet Kolasin for a week to celebrate New Year 2025 with my husband, parents and a small daughter (2 years) and rented two apartments. The whole stay was absolutely amazing! I have stayed in nice places all over the world, but have never seen the staff as lovely and attentive as here! They literally anticipated our every need before we asked. The breakfasts were completely delicious, the apartments are spacious and beautifully furnished, the condition of everything is super clean and fresh. But it’s the little extra touches that made our stay extra special: a cute set of bedding for our toddler, the living room TV having a Netflix and Disney accounts ready for us to use, a surprise cake gifted for us on New Year’s Day. One morning we woke up after heavy snowfall to find that our two cars have been completely cleaned from snow and ready to use! As you can tell, I cannot recommend Chalet Kolasin highly enough! Will be staying here again and telling all our friends.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gemacht, sehr viel aus Holz, das war super. Leider war weder Pool noch Sauna verfügbar, sehr schade. Dies obwohl bei der Buchung im Februar 2024 angezeigt wurde, dass sowohl Pool wie auch Sauna vorhanden sind. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist schön, aber die Lüftung aus dem Nebengebäude sehr laut. Lärmempfindliche Personen können nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Regendusche im Zimmer war leider verkalkt und hat nur teilweise funktioniert. Das Nachtessen war super, aber auch sehr teuer. Der Wein war überteuert. Der gratis Welcome - Drink als All Accor Silber Member musste ich einfordern, wurde also leider nicht proaktiv angeboten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber leider mussten wir fast eine Stunde warten. Hat sich aber dennoch gelohnt. Im Grossen und Ganzen war es ein guter Aufenthalt, aber kein sehr guter. Preis von rund CHF 240 / Euro 240 pro Zimmer ist ok, mehr wäre aber zu teuer.
