Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we arrived at our room, which didn’t look anything like the pictures (peeling wallpaper, extremely outdated, no view, generally felt dingy and unclean) we found bed bugs in our bed. Immediately we left and asked the lady at reception if we could check out and get a full refund as we had only been there for a few minutes. However, she charged us the cost of a full night’s stay because we had opened the FREE water and used the toilet. We tried to reason that the presence of bed bugs and the fact that we hadn’t been there longer than ten minutes shouldn’t warrant a 50% charge of our stay but she dismissed us completely. Overall, the cleanliness was terrible, the hotel was miserable and unclean, and the service was shocking. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
