Hampton Inn & Suites Sevierville @ Stadium Drive

There was a problem with my check-in, but the ladies at the front desk ( Terri, and Phyllis) were FANTASTIC!! They went above and beyond to make things right!! Even as there system had been down and they were working off of pad and paper!! They are a credit to Hampton!!

We would have loved to stay overnight here but gave up on getting the room we reserved. I did check in with the app they encourage you to use and selected my preferred room with check in at 3:00. We arrived at 3:45 with food to eat in our suite room that we had already confirmed. The front desk said our room had not been cleaned yet and would not be ready for some time. We ate our dinner in the car (fun,fun) and the room still was not ready by 4:30. The only plus I can think of is we finally got a full refund and went elsewhere.

Stayed over night after a college visit and before our cabin was ready in Gatlinburg. Super stay. There was even a baseball team here and place still quiet. It is in parking lot of semi pro stadium? Comfortable room huge bathroom. Could definitely use new curtains and chair stuck in down position. Breakfast was ok.

We found the location of this hotel to be very convenient for our trip. It was close to many of the towns were were visiting and it had several food options near the hotel. We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our trip . Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare and well stocked. The dining room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly both times were stayed. We plan to add this to our list of places to stay in the future.

This was a nice hotel. A quit place out of the way and staff and breakfast was great. Room was also wonderful. There isn't much to eat around this hotel, but it was a nice area out of the way of all the crazy traffic. Will stay here again.

The staff were the best we have experienced, they projected a truly caring atmosphere . Jen and Anna were friendly and did an excellent job servicing our room as needed. Jessica Green, the GM, has done an excellent job of staffing and managing this Hampton. Go Hilton!

When we arrived around 4pm, our room wasn't ready (check in is 3pm). The person at the front desk was a bit thrown off by this, and gave us a different room (room 400 to be exact). They didn't give us a rundown of the amenities or free breakfast or anything. We get into our room and it was nice and spacious. We look to the left and see both of the windows look dirty and streaky (definitely a failed seal in both of the dual pane windows). By the amount of damage, the seals failed a long time ago. Why they haven't been replaced, is beyond me! If the windows had been clear, we would've had a decent view of the mountains. We both started trying to connect our devices to the wifi, and couldn't. We tried restarting our devices and tried several more times. For a few minutes I managed to connect my tablet, and got kicked out again. Terrible wifi! We were both getting frustrated because we were trying to plan out our last evening in Eastern Tennessee. Cellphone service was spotty for us in this area of TN, so we were relying on wifi. The room was missing toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), so we had to get some from the front desk. The staff never once greeted us or acknowledged us when we were coming and going. The nightstands were huge and clunky and we both hurt ourselves on the sharp corners getting in and out of bed. After a really busy, exhausting week, we just wanted to relax before the long drive home the next day. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we found it overpriced for a room with dodgy windows and no wifi. It was the most expensive Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in, and it’s definitely in need of some renovations and upgrades! Also, the staff could use some customer service training. So much for Hilton Honors perks!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. This is an "older" property (guessing built around 2000 or so). But it is kept up well. The room was spotless. Bedding was very good. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker, huge TV. Breakfast is good. Would prefer those Hampton Inn pre-made omelettes to the scrambled eggs. Nice they have sausage gravy. People were very nice. Kennedy at check-in was awesome. The assistant manager from West Virginia at check-out was equally awesome. Would stay here again and again.
