fRONT oFFICE RECEPTION,VERY POOR.W HILE BILL SETTLING,AT 3pm,the counter man,instead of requesting,Sir,u r a bit late,u have to make extra payment,,SHOUTING ,CHECKOUT TIME IS 11 AM,WHILE i TOLD ,NO IT IS 12 NOON.For which he replied,in extreme case,12 noon.I PAID THE EXTRA AMOUNT OF rS2000/BUT TYHEWAY HE COLLECTED,IN A ROUGH MANNER.PLEASE ADVISE FRONT OFFUCE,EVEN IF THEY COLLECT,LET THEM CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER,AND THAT TOO WITH A SMILING FACE ONLY.ANYWAy,my experience with thisfront office,people,HOPELESSS SERVICE
