Would’ve gave them a ZERO star if I could have. Wanted a refund immediately after seeing the room. Hot, Humid, nasty. Front desk was rude asf. They told me to contact Priceline for my refund since I booked through them. So I called and Priceline said they would have to call this terrible hotel for a refund confirmation and the manager denied it. So I kept Priceline on the phone with me and drove back to the hotel to confront the manager and he was hiding in the back from me and would not come out and talk about it. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE HOTEL. SOEND THE LITTLE EXTRA MONEY DOWN THE STREET AT DRURY INN OR ANYWHERE ELSE BC THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I’m currently filing for fraud since in their policy it says they give refunds within 15-30 min of check in and we did just that. So just thought I’d let you know whoever is reading this, this is your sign to go somewhere else.
