Okey okey hotel.. but better than others .. access is easy.. not satisfied with the hygiene level…….

Very clean hotel, well behaved staff and food quality is also good. Well maintained room furniture. The kailash view from the hotel is awesome. Must stay at white castle kalpa.

We went with family small kids. And when reached there the hotel told us that they don't have our booking confirmed and they have not received money from makemytrip, although i personally called them in the afternoon to confirm booking and telling them that we'll be reaching a little late. Overall bad experience both from makemytrip and the hotel. I'll be thinking twice before booking with makemytrip
