Fairfield Inn & Suites Kingsport

I showed up here because the previous hotel gave away my room that i had reservations for. They so graciously booked our stay until the day of check out. Service with a smile. Rooms & Bathrooms were very clean. I'll be back for sure for a longer stay.

My family stayed here two nights recently. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant smell (that’s a REALLY big issue to me so that’s why I always mention it in my reviews). It’s not right off the interstate, which means there is no traffic noise, but still conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. The indoor pool is a little small, but my kids still enjoyed it. My husband and I both used the fitness room. You can get a decent workout in while you’re there. The free breakfast is pretty good. The second morning was better than the first, but I felt they had a good variety both days. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and my family and I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Few minor issues: no clock in the room, dirty shower curtain which housekeeping immediately replaced when we asked them to, breakfast was okay but it didn't have a waffle maker or fresh oatmeal. Other than the shower curtain, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The walls were a bit thin, I was definitely kept up by my neighbors who were obviously in bed but not interested in sleeping. The fitness center was a good size with good equipment. The location was excellent, close to Cattails Golf Course, Bays Mountain and all shopping areas. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I don't know when this hotel opened, but it seemed to be brand new when we were there. It even smelled new. We enjoyed our one night stay. We were in town celebrating our anniversary. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge. The breakfast was good. (The food wasn't hot, but it tasted good.) The breakfast included the normal "hotel" breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, waffles. The breakfast area was very spacious. The hotel is located about a block off of the main highway, so it was quiet. We would recommend staying here!
