We were put in a room that had a really bad smell!! We asked to change but they said they were sold out!!! They gave us some spray for the smell which did nothing. We also felt the breakfast monitor was more like a drill Sargent!! We missed breakfast by arriving at 9:00. We’re closed. No other hotel stops serving until 9:30. We were offered nothing. Then on one day there was no meat. We were told the meat was in the gravy. You can have biscuits & gravy. I told her I was lactose intolerant couldn’t eat the gravy. Sorry that’s the way it is!!! No protein anywhere. Very disappointed with the lack of interest in their customers. Going to try competitor next time.

Not happy! I am a Choice Rewards Member and stay in a lot of hotels with them. If this is what Award Winner Quality Inn is considered, count me out! Staff great, you can only clean a rundown hotel so well and they obviously do the best we can. Pool area was also good as well, in regards breakfast, there was a bus of people that came in and those women worked their butts off and kept everything well stocked, hot and the table clean. But seriously, the rooms we were in 212 and 214 the floor sloped downwards towards the head of the beds!! We got one of the kids balls and laughed as it did. The hallways on second floor had huge scraps also the walls and smelled very musty as did our rooms. Don't get me started on the bathrooms, again very old and they were clean best they could be. We had three small kids with us, came in around 4, but if it had been just my husband and i would have asked for a refund. If you must be in the area I guess it will do.

I enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn - Keokuk while in the area for business. The staff provides excellent service, especially the manager Kat - I called the day I was checking in & Kat was able to accommodate my request. Tara was at the desk at check in & greeted me with a smile & genuine hospitality - it was very welcomed after a long day of work & travel. There are restaurants, grocery & shopping very close. I would recommend Quality Inn - Keokuk when you're in the area!

Nothing fancy but nice place. Friendly staff good beds and good breakfast. On edge of town but many restaurants nearby. Keokuk is an interesting place to visit. We were just passing through but might come back to explore the area more. No complaints on the Quality Inn.

I went to Keokuk Iowa to visit my sister.I stayed at this hotel.They charged me $124.32 for the night.My room was on the second floor.I get into my room and put my things down and turned on the tv.The next thing I know is this man comes into my room.They sold him the same room and both girls was working side by side.I go out and visit my sister and came back four hours later with my hands full.No one told me they deactivated my card to the room.I had to go back down to the first floor to reactivate my card with my hands full.This guy could have been a thief or killer.They never gave me a discount on the room.I will never stay there again.

Much better than some other hotels in the area. Had a musty and pet urine smell but so has all the other hotels we've stayed at that accept pets. The refrigerator was large which was a plus. Could be noisy as our room was directly across from the ice machine and next to the 24 hour gym. The bathroom was very clean. An item of note: With the prepaid room reservation we used, we could cancel our reservation but there are absolutely NO refunds! That can be a very bad thing should the need to cancel arise.

this is one of the nicest quality inns weve stayed in. it was very clean, very nice front desk people. had a pool and a hot tub. we did use the hot tub, the breakfast was very good, we stayed 2 nights and had a little different hot food each day. its in a great location. if we come back we will stay again. oh and its walking distance from walmart.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was very tasty, but the room was VERY MUSTY. When I left the next day, I could smell the mustiness on my clothes. I think the rooms need to be aired out for a few days.

I've been here with my son for a week and counting due to our house having a fire and being displaced, this Hotel not only rose to the occasion but they have went above and beyond thier duties and made sure my son, our cat & I were comfortable, taken care of and as content as we could possibly be given our recent misfortune of a house fire. The ENTIRE staff from the Manager to the Front Desk Staff, Housekeeping, Laundry, to Maintenance have all shown us nothing but compassion, excellent service and genuine kindness and it is TRUELY a blessing during our darkest time of needing a reason to smile......Thank You From Bottom Of Our Hearts Kat, Katie, Christina and THE REST OF YOU AMAZING HUMAN BEINGS!!!!
