Good morning. My husband and I just completed our stay at the Boardwalk Inn in Kemah. I'm making the Inn aware that there are inconsistencies and serious omissions in the hotel's advertising. The Inn offers daily housekeeping and laundry services and amenities - which it has neither, which is unacceptable to those of us who book hotels with those available. One omission is that the tv's are not Smart TV's - only by reading old reviews can that be found. My handicapped husband and I stayed in room 403. The room seemed clean, but the bathroom had mold, mildew, and a serious lack of towels for a 3-day stay with no housekeeping services, which was never disclosed. Lastly, the elevator from the 2nd floor to the ground floor was out of service during our entire stay. This made it extremely difficult for my husband and me to navigate the area. I voiced my issues to Mark at *******, who contacted the property. I was denied any reimbursement or compensation for these things we experienced.
