Die Zimmer waren geräumig und komfortabel, und das Personal war höflich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl an Optionen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Erfahrung und schätzten wirklich die warme Gastfreundschaft. Sehr empfohlen für Familien und Pilger, die Katra besuchen. Wäre sicherlich noch einmal hier!"

"I will suggest all not to go for this hotel. It is a very dirty place. I booked the hotel one month in advance. When the room was given to me, it was so dirty, with hair lying around, chips packets behind sofa. The bedsheets were not changed and had small hair all over the linen. I immediately informed the reception and they changed it. But did not sweep and cleaned the floor. They have no provision for half day. I stayed only 3 hours extra and they charged me for the entire day. They speak big things, but services are at their worst. Please don't go for this hotel. There are better hotels around the same place. You can try something else, but this is not at all a worthy choice."
