Nice guys, who don't know how to work. Only guy whom I can rate "excellent" is the guy who helps carry baggage to the room. We got a lot of smiles and even gift from the staff, but the rest of service was really terrible. When we did not get hot water first, we call the reception and we were informed that hot water is available upon special request and we should request it in advance. Despite our requests (several times) we got hot water only once. Very dirty. Perhaps it will suffice to mention that we found used toilet paper from the cabinet in the bathroom (photo). Bad sparkling sockets, from which the plug constantly fall out, as a result of which the food in the refrigerator became rotten. And finally cherry on the cake! When we arrived, the manager asked me to cancel my booking made through the site, apparently to save money. I did a big stupid thing when 2 I agreed. When I realized that I would lose about 20% I asked for a 10% discount. I get an answer that usually they don’t make such "concessions", but as an exception they will give me that. When, due to the lack of hot water, I asked for another small discount the manager sad I had already received a large discount as an exception and I can no longer count on such concessions.
