The room I booked is supposed to be equipped with a bath tub and automatic bidet in the toilet. However, I was assigned a room with no bathtub and no automatic bidet in the toilet. When I checked with the reception, they said that it was because I had requested for the 3 rooms which I have booked to be located in the same level and this is the only available double room they have. However, I was not informed of this prior to my stay and was not given a choice whether to accept this downgrade or not. I certainly would not have accepted if given a choice. Obviously this was an unpopular room, where they likely dismantled the automatic bidet to replace damaged bidets in other rooms (signs of the automatic bidet being installed previously was apparent)
When I requested for a room change back to the type which I have booked, I was only offered the change the next day, and I had to check out before 11am and check in again at 3pm. This hassle deterred us from the room change and we had to continue staying in the downgraded room reluctantly.
Highly disappointed with the service here and I will never return again.
