I was staying in the hotel for two nights with my bofriend. This was our second time at the hotel. Hotel has two small buildings, parking and nice park area. First time we were staying at the hotel where the reception is and everything was perfect, there was full mini bar, the apartmant (for 4 people) was clean, big and just amazing. Now we were staying in the other building, where the room was not so clean, there were tissues under the bed. There was something leaking, the floor was soaking wet. I went to the reception, they checked and put a towel on it. The shower wasn't working properly, also the balcony was shared with very noisy neighbours. They were screaming till after midnight and again started at 7:00. And there was some dinner going on in the restaurant under our balcony, so there was noise coming from there also. On the other hand, the food was amazing, but this time we were really dissapointed. At least I expected small discount for staying in a room with a wet floor.

The website promised a bath, mini bar, airport shuttle. None was available. Restaurant had no menu, was empty and only serverd pizza and pasta. Comfort shower was not working, bad maintenance. Noisy kids party going on next to our room. When sitting in the garden they were mowing grass with a noisy machine for hours. A lot to be improved here! On the other hand: staff were friendly and the hotel is close to the airport. Sarajevo centre can easily be reached by public transport (bus or tram).

I organized a family dinner at this hotel and everything was very much OK. Kids enjoyed very much, parking available. Food was great as well as the staff. More signs on the way to hotel would help but polite neighbors were helpful.

We found this hotel on *********** when we needed to spend just one night in Sarajevo and we didn't want to travel too far into town. Reasonably priced,breakfast included the room was large and very comfortable.
