I have never been here before and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this rv park is. The signs coming into the park for rv’s was confusing, but after that things are top-notch. There is a little lawn right beside our site and the sites are all concrete. The laundry room looks nice (about to use it!) and the showers are clean (maybe put some hooks on the wall to hang stuff!). The pool and hot tub are popular. We haven’t frequented the park yet (it’s open only on weekends right now), but I hear it is well worth the money.

The location north of Kansas City is very convenient to many locations like Independence, downtown. Both are 15 - 20 minutes from the RV Park. The Park is easy to navigate with long sites whether pull-thru or back-in. The services are well-placed. There is a trash can at each site so the park is very clean. The staff is helpful with suggestions. This will be our preferred stop when we return to the area.

We stayed in an RV spot. Very nice place, clean, pretty and shady. Staff was very friendly, reserving a spot was easy and prices good for full hook up. They also have laundry and shower facilities. Great place right next to amusement park.

Nice pad sites and clean environment. Nice staff . Trash needed to be picked up quicker before guests check in. Hot tub broken. Pool needs cleaned daily. Pool lights do not come on and this should be a big safety issue.

Our week long stay at Workds of Fun Village exceeded our expectations. We reserved a camp spot for 1 week for our 5th wheel camper. Check in was very easy staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Our camp spot was great. Clean, all utilities worked very well. The park is very clean and well maintained. Pool and laundry facility was also very clean. We had a very stress free week stay. Will definitely be back. We recommend Worlds of Fun Village to anyone heading to KC for a stay..

This is our second time campground stay and it was very comfortable and fun experience. The ponds are a nice touch. We partied around it. And oh, my daughter enjoyed the outside pool as well. I will comeback with friends and family next time.

Made reservation here, based upon location and amenities, after boondocking for a number of days. Wanted full hookup and laundry. To our disappointment they have no functioning dryers, so no laundry could be done. Washers, yes. Dryers, no! Upon asking at the front desk, the only suggestion was to find a commercial laundry in Kansas City and go there - a problem in an RV without a tow vehicle... There is nothing on their web site, at check in, nor in any of their many email confirmations, about no fully operational laundry - still shows as an amenity. Too late, I looked at older reviews and find that the laundry dryers have not been available since at least November 2022 - it would seem that the park has no intention of fixing the problems. So, if you expect to catch up on laundry don't plan on doing it here! Otherwise, the RV spots are concrete, flat, pretty well spaced apart, some+ freeway noise, good price.

Unless you are going to the theme park keep driving! Limited options in KC, but if you can make it out of town do so. Every time we stop there are issues. The dryers still not working. I noticed in a Sept review they were down too. I don't believe them. Office acted like they didn't know, yet there was a professionally made sign on the door of the laundry room. Be careful what you sign when you check in. They wanted us to sign documents about the cabins. We refused, none of that has to do with us. Not signing a paper in regards to something not associated with RV camping. And one of our favorite COVID stories happened here, when they made all the people inside a safe motorhome get out, come in and take their temperature. We still laugh about that one today. Just keep driving.....and street noise is very loud. Only plus, level spots!

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way home from a month long RV trip. This park has great level all concrete pull through a with tall shrubs for privacy in most spots. Several sites had dead or missing shrubs but it looks like these are being replaced. The staff at check in was not very friendly but I would absolutely stay here again. We have a 35 ft fifth wheel and had no problems getting in or out. My only negative is no difference park and there was a lot of dog poop in the common areas that was not picked up.
