I am seriously disappointed after i was referred by someone who spoke highly of your hotel, to make my reservation with you for my trip to Kano, only to receive the worst treatment ever. The staff who answered my call was kind and courteous however, a few minutes into talking with him, I overheard his supervisor enquiring who was on the other end, the young man tried to explain that it was a customer who was trying to make reservations for next week Friday and the supervisor outrightly told the staff to stop wasting time talking to me, and the young man dropped the call on me unceremoniously without any form of apology or explanation. I am so appalled by this rude attitude of your staff and i wonder where they got their own training from.
