Ein sehr schönes Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Essen, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Wunderschöner Garten und der Strand außerhalb des Hotels ist sauber. ABER wenn Sie am Strand entlang gehen, weg vom Hotel, werden Sie viel Müll sehen.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly welcoming, particularly Mr. Sumith, who ensured a smooth experience from booking to check-out. The rooms were spacious, offering plenty of space to relax. However, there were a few drawbacks that prevented me from giving a full 5-star rating. The biggest issue was the constant presence of flies, both during the day and at night, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the extra bed and mattress provided were not very comfortable. Also, the food was basic and lacked variety compared to other places I've stayed. On a positive note, the service was excellent with consistently attentive staff. I would recommend this hotel, especially if they can address the fly issue and improve the extra bedding.

Excellent beach resort. Great service The cabana was very modern, spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Food and cocktails were delicious. The staff top to bottom in the hotel were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great and have nice clam white sandy beach. Kids friendly and would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I m back in sri Lanka. I will go for kite suffering and safari to Vilpatthu via boat.

A bit disappointed with this hotel. Our room opened onto the bar area, therefore no view, a light in the bar was on until 2am and shown into the room. The shower curtain was dirty and hairdryer hanging off the wall, these are small things but shows a lack of attention to detail. Food was average. Staff were untrained and we had to keep trying to find people to get served at the bar as they sat upstairs chatting. All in all not a great experience, not somewhere we would recommend

From the time of placing the booking to check out staff was just great. Was very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was hearty. We must specially mention the cute little out door Pizza oven which produced delicious Pizza for dinner. The beach was clean with full of sea shells which our 2 year old son enjoyed. Had wonderful relaxing holiday and will go back for sure. Cheers!

We spend weekend at blue whale it is quite expensive but it is the inly exclusive one in the zone .very nice pool area andpool restaurant .only hotel with Italian 🍕 and good wine list is also availabile.

A good hotel in Kalpitiya cleanliness and service are held at a very high standard , i stayed there 7 nights in a Chalet , and i would like to mention the Manager of the Hotel Mr Sumith does an excellent job in looking after the welfare of his guests . All you have to do is ask him and its done . The quality of the food is good and the Sri lankan breakfast is excellent .The hotel is in a quiet location with a good garden and beach for long walks in the evening.Should you need transportation please ask the manager to organise Gamini the trishaw driver for you for your short trips around town.. I would like to mention that the blue whale has its own kitesurfing school , i did not use it but i met the instructor who is very good . The Chalets are big and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay chalet 106 is the best at the end of the garden. The Kitchen chef makes a great dessert its called Wattalapam do not miss this otherwise you holiday will not be complete . Have a great holiday .
