For our business purposes we found the hotel to be perfect. The restaurants and facilities were very good. The main point would be the management and staff under them. Their attentive and professional service given to clients was excellent. Would recommend as a good business hotel in the area it is located.

It was good stay and food all are very nice. The hotel staffs are very friendly and much helpful. I recommended to stay this hotel for my next trip also. I enjoyed very much during my stay.

I am in Chennai for work and this is the second time I have been at the Welcomhotel. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this is the best so far. The hotel is really first class, the lobby lives up to its name and the team here, such as Recommendation Manager Sandip or Terisha, Priya and their colleagues help you with any request and always give you a warm welcome. You can go here and always get help. The Welcomcafe and the rooftop invite you to linger every day. The food is outstanding and everyone should find something delicious here. The service team here, including Sonu, Rita, *****, Dina and Profulu, to name just a few, are constantly working to make guests feel valued and offer excellent service. The housekeeping can also only be recommended, my room was always in top condition. The lady responsible for this, Sangita, was always very friendly and concerned about my well-being. She always carried out her work very conscientiously and reliably. No water or laundry bag with laundry list was forgotten here and if you needed something, it was quickly remedied. @Supervisor Anandha - someone like her definitely needs to be kept and perhaps given more responsibility. All in all, I enjoyed every moment here and I’m looking forward to coming back very soon. Many thanks to the whole team at the Welcomhotel Chennai at GST Road
