We have stayed there a number of times previously. But, the services of this hotel need to improve with time. There was no mineral water bottle provided in the room. We had to ask them for water. The door lock safety was the biggest issue. The door jams for locking from the outside, to which the staff mentioned it does get jammed sometimes. I mean ‘seriously’? on top of that, for a 3500 inr room, the basin water in the bathroom had a high level of iron water. That’s not the end of all of it. In the morning, while they provided breakfast, they didn’t offer any tea or beverages. We had to go down to the canteen and ask separately. To which the staff stated that we had to ask if we required any beverages. Seriously, i just have this feedback for the hotel management. Please, it’s high time to improve and renovate all your facilities and services. Otherwise, you will definitely be losing customers!
