It's just that the service attitude of the black guy at the front desk on the night of check-in was really average, and the service in the lobby was average. On the contrary, the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic."

"Our two-night stay at Casa Solada Hotel felt less like a hotel stay and more like being gently transported to a quiet corner of Italy. The welcome was warm and genuine, and the staff immediately made us feel at ease. There was no rush, no noise just calm smiles and attention to detail that made us feel truly looked after. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was pure heaven, and the whole space was cozy, yet refined. Coming back to the room each evening felt like returning to a private retreat. The food was another highlight. Breakfasts were fresh and satisfying, and the dining experience overall was carefully curated. Every meal felt like it was made with intention, not just to fill plates but to be enjoyed! What truly elevated the experience though, was the service. The staff were attentive without being overwhelming, kind without being scripted, and always ready to help. You could tell they genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. By the time we left, it honestly felt like we were checking out of a little Italian hideaway rather than a hotel in Kampala. Casa Solada isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s an experience, and one I’d happily return to again and again. Without hesitation, this stay deserves five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️."

"One of the cleanest hotels I've come across. Not a single complaint. Kind and helpful staff. The food is excellent, the Chef Daniel caters for your choice of food. The owner Mr Lee is very friendly and makes the guests feel valued. Spacious room with all amenities. Hats off to such a beautifully well maintained hotel in the busy city of Uganda. It's a definitely go to and come back hotel."

"The location is beautiful surrounded by green and trees in the middle of a busy city. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The big problem is that they drilled holes in every wall of your room against the dampness and hulidity. This means that you hear everything from the oustide and you can easily follow the conversation of you nextdoor neighbours. I don't mean muffled sounds, you can actually follow it word by word. Bring earplugs or take a sleeping pill if you want to get any sleep at all. We were there as a satrtingpoint for our trip with G Adventures"

"Es wird sehr empfohlen, das beste Hotel in Afrika zu leben, das letzte Jahr neu gebaut wurde, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu konzipiert und vernünftig. Die Sicherheit ist gut und der Service ist gut. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, der Bettsitz hat auch Typ C schnell. Der Nachteil ist, dass der Flughafen übernachtet besonders teuer ist und die Frühstückskategorie nicht viel. Die empfohlene Hochgeschwindigkeits-Zimmer ist viel besser."
