Everything was very perfect and excellent. The staff are really nice and helpful with a smiling face. Bhumi and Winkey at the front desk are very welcoming and polite. Staff at the restaurent are very helpful. If possible please hire a Spa therapist with proper qualification and experience. Had a wonderful stay

I recently stayed at Fortune Kalimpong for three nights with my partner, and it was a wonderful experience. Winkey at the reception desk was incredibly helpful in coordinating our transfers upon arrival and even assisted in planning a special occasion before we arrived. Arijit and his entire restaurant staff went above and beyond to create a private dinner to celebrate my partner's birthday - a beautiful outdoor experience that they made truly special. I want to give a special shoutout to Pritika, Elbina, and Dipankar for their exceptional hospitality and care for each meal we ate at the restaurant. A big thank you to the chefs Ayush, and Rezi for the delicious food and warm hospitality throughout our stay! Kiran, thank you for coordinating our transfers! It was lovely getting to know more about Kalimpong through you. Bhumi, I really enjoyed our chat on my first evening, and Sukirti, I’m grateful for the smooth check-in after a long day of travel - your room suggestion was perfect! Lastly, but in no way the least - I want to thank everyone at the resort for their warm hospitality and for always greeting us with a warm smile and a sweet 'Namaste.' Your efforts made our stay truly memorable!

The property is very amazing and the hospitality here is truly commendable. The staff here is very friendly and co operative. The food here is very delicious.Moreover the chef can easily meet your expectations. Overall it was a truly amusing experience and I do recommend to visit here.

Excellent customer service which comes with lots of care. Each staff here are very warm and welcoming. To name a few that we interacted with would be Sukriti and Suman from Front Desk, Elbin, Prabhash, Arijit from Food & Beverage. Loved the food here .. precisely the Dal Khichdi which was prepared by chef from IRD was just mouth smacking. Excellent hotel with a breathtaking view with such guest service and care. What else someone can ask for more. I am sure about my revisit again. Kudos to all in the team. Great job done.

The stay was super comfortable, the best view in kalimpong and the most courteous , helpfull and efficient staff. The view is fantastic. Indian Food is delicious and good. They also served us jain food on request. The best family stay at kalimpong.

Nestled on a hillside in Kalimpong is the Fortune Resort. It’s a great property and run very well by Mr Prasanna Kumar Ray and his team. A must-go place if you want to relax and soak in the views / nature ! The food quality is also excellent - serving local delicacies and Multi-cuisine fare.

Nice environment, and good experience , the place was neat and clean, and calm with beautiful veiw. The peoples there was so nice with the customers. And the receptionist named bhumisin was too good and plesent with the guest and customers , I would rate 10/10 for that.
