Hotel is located on an island in KaiPing, so getting around needs using APP to get around. Room was good, bright and clean. Shower was good. Outside view was nice and my room had a river side view which was great Overall a good stay.

大，地方大，民宿佔地5畝，除了客房，餐廳，院子廣闊，有魚塘有菜地有沙池有綠化，環境非常好。還有一大，是房間大，以至於沖完涼有點冷😂
豪，老闆豪氣，此民宿是我目前住過唯一有電梯的民宿；早餐豐盛，包含有很多當地非遺美食，是我目前住過早餐最豐盛（沒有之一）的民宿；房間配套齊全，戴森吹風機。環境美食設施在整個花築品牌裏面都是最難得的！
靜，民宿在村子裏麪，本身民宿佔地面積大，離景區都有一點距離（天下糧倉和自力村都在1公里內），就很安靜，走路去景區也都很方便。
美，有美食之美，有環境之美。民宿內雞和菜都是自己養自己種，雞有雞味，菜有菜香；民宿老闆一直在改善院內環境，總有一種追求極致的幹勁兒。大廳裏24小時備了鮮果、茶水。我們去到還有貼心下午茶，咖啡很好喝，退房還送了當地手信，感動！！
帶媽媽去的，我們倆都滿意極了！配圖順序有點亂，包含了民宿房間和院子，天下糧倉，自力村，晚餐和非遺早餐，完美！

AAnonymer BenutzerIch schreibe selten eine Bewertung, hier ist es bequem zu parken, die Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam und empfehlenswert, es gibt auch drei kleine Katzen, die sehr süß sind, die gut geeignet sind, in Guangdong mit Freunden am Wochenende von der Stadt zu entkommen, das nächste Mal mit dem Fahrrad und Freunden zu spielen, die Peripherie ist auch sehr gut, Es gibt auch ein Tisch mit Mäuse im Volksgebäude, die Zufriedenheit mit der starken Empfehlung, wird nächstes Mal auch Familienfreunden mitbringen.

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.
2. Restaurant
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

GGastnutzerDie Matratze ist sehr bequem, die Kissen gibt es in zwei Härtegraden und Höhen und die Lage ist relativ ruhig. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und werde wiederkommen. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat mir sogar geholfen, meinen Check-out zu verzögern.

MMilusiyaoliSehr zufrieden mit dem Service, sauber und hygienisch. Die beiden Kleinen bringen Kinder zum Übernachten mit und sind aufgeregt und neugierig auf die intelligente Einrichtung des Zimmers. Die Rezeption stellte den beiden Kleinen auch fürsorglich Zahnpasta und Hausschuhe zur Verfügung, was sehr gut ist. Ich kann Freunden dringend empfehlen, hier zu übernachten👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

PPei TzeSpecial mention to the front desk who was so helpful and efficient addressing our calls from how to get there from Kaipingnan to arranging a beautiful bday celebration for my mum celebrating her 70th and sorting our transport from Chikan to Zilicun. They do great justice to the hotel and am very grateful for their help.
As a plus, the hotel is new and clean and wonderfully located. All in all, it's an A+ from me!

Die Besitzerin ist sehr gutmütig, liebt das Leben, kümmert sich um andere, kennt die Gegend von Diaolou sehr gut und kennt die Geschichte der Diaolou, das ist sehr hilfreich für meinen Besuch Die Hilfe✌ Das ganze Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, mit unzähligen Parkplätzen😄

GGastnutzerWe were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there.
The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide.
However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days.
But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
