Das Zimmer ist schick, sehr praktisch, sauber und hygienisch, das Nass- und Trockenbad ist sehr sauber, die Toilette ist schick, der große Fernseher, das Parken ist kostenlos und praktisch, ein sehr zufriedenstellendes Aufenthaltserlebnis, ich werde es in Zukunft wieder wählen"

Nr.3 in Gehobene Hotels in Kaifeng"Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem, besonders die Kissen waren schön weich, und das Badezimmer hatte einen separaten Nass- und Trockenbereich. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich zwei Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Cola und zwei Packungen Kekse. Die Kekse fand ich superlecker! Die Reinigungskraft füllte Cola und Kekse regelmäßig nach. Die Lage war hervorragend, ganz in der Nähe des Qingming-Flussuferparks und des Xingshengde-Viertels. Gegenüber lag ein See, der zum Spazieren einlud, und die Songdu-Kaiserstraße, der Longting-Park, der Trommelturm, die Buchhandelsstraße usw. waren alle fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster und war daher gut belüftet. Wir waren im Herbst dort, und am ersten Tag konnten wir die Kühlfunktion nutzen, später musste die Klimaanlage jedoch auf Heizbetrieb umgeschaltet werden, wodurch das Zimmer etwas stickig wurde. Das Öffnen des Fensters und die hereinlassende kühle Luft sorgten für mehr Komfort. Es gab keinen unangenehmen Geruch, wie in manchen Bewertungen erwähnt; das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft bereits gelüftet. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, aber wir haben in unserem Zimmer keinerlei Lärm gehört. Es war allerdings etwas laut, wenn andere Gäste morgens vorbeigingen und sich laut unterhielten. Besonders gut gefiel uns der Waschraum mit vier Waschmaschinen und vier Trocknern. Nachdem unsere Wäsche getrocknet war, faltete das Personal sie zusammen und brachte sie uns. Verglichen mit den Hotelpreisen in Shanghai fand ich das Zimmer sehr preiswert. Übrigens erfuhr ich erst beim Auschecken von dem Mitternachts-Porridge; ich wusste nicht, dass er kostenlos war, und die Rezeption hatte nichts davon erwähnt, daher konnte ich ihn leider nicht probieren. Aber wenn ich das nächste Mal in Kaifeng bin, werde ich trotzdem wieder hier übernachten. An der Rezeption bekommt man beim Ein- und Auschecken jeweils zwei Flaschen Mineralwasser, und man wird nicht zu einer positiven Bewertung gedrängt. Mir gefallen der Lebensstil und die Preise in Kaifeng sehr gut, und dieses Hotel hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige Problem war, dass am letzten Tag eine kleine Spinne im Badezimmer auf mich sprang. Aber da es draußen einen Garten gibt, kann ich es verstehen. Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann dieses Qualitätsniveau beibehalten, und ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!"

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels spüren Sie die umfassende Ausstattung.
Am meisten hat mich jedoch der Service des Hotels beeindruckt, insbesondere die Servicekraft Feng Qingzhu. Während meines Aufenthaltes hat sie sich immer um meine Wünsche gekümmert und bei Problemen schnell reagiert und diese gelöst. Einmal habe ich versehentlich meine Kleidung schmutzig gemacht und mir deswegen Sorgen gemacht. Feng Qingzhu ergriff die Initiative und half mir, den Wäscheservice zu kontaktieren, und teilte mir auch freundlich mit, wann ich die Kleidung voraussichtlich abholen könne.
Dank seines aufmerksamen und sorgfältigen Services war meine Reise nach Kaifeng problemlos und angenehm. Ich möchte Feng Qingzhu und dem Pullman Kaifeng Jianye meinen aufrichtigen Dank für die Ausbildung solch hervorragender Mitarbeiter aussprechen. Wenn ich in Zukunft noch einmal die Gelegenheit habe, nach Kaifeng zu kommen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder diesen Ort wählen und ihn meinen Freunden wärmstens empfehlen!"
