Das Hotel war wunderschön! Sehr schön und sauber. Der Check-in-Agent war sehr hilfreich! Wir haben auf einem Restaurant auf einem Pier über dem Meer mit absolut schönen Aussichten gegessen!

The staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great
