It’s all about how they deal with issues… We were greeted by a wonderfully pleasant lady at the desk who made us feel very welcome. We got one of the last available rooms. It looks like there’s been a recent renovation, so it was nicely appointed and well renovated. However, when preparing to sleep, we took our shoes off and noticed that the carpet by the beds was soaking wet. The room also had an overwhelming odor of deodorizer. We were able to open the door and let some of that out, but it was still fairly heavy in the room. We called the desk and asked for assistance to extract the water from the carpet, which had just been cleaned that day. It wasn’t possible, but Angel, the hotel desk clerk, did her very best. Next, my husband went in to shower and realized we had no shower curtain. My husband went to the desk and Angel, at the desk, offered to install the curtain for us. (We can do that ourselves, so we did.) At every turn, they did their best to take care of any problems. It wasn’t a perfect stay, but issues were remedied as best they could. We would definitely stay there again. With a customer service attitude like theirs, I would bet you’ll have an excellent stay.
